Mr.Douglas is amazing. He very understanding and listen to everything u say even write it down. He very patient just overall great ????

Saw him twice and both times made me feel like I was wasting his time. He spent five minutes tops with me each visit. Very dry, unconcerned demeanor.

Dr Cannon is a very very good Doctor,he take the him time to explain everything to.

I was given the most information that I have ever had about a particular procedure from a doctor.

Very professional and he listened to me about my problem and was encouraging about PT may be the only procedure necessary to alleviate my problem

The doctor was very understanding and is trying to help me get back on track. The staff was very nice and helpful with my injury.

Dr Cannon was very personable, professional, experienced and he listened to what I had to say. He gave options for my care instead of jumping directly to surgery. He let me see my MRI and explained what I was looking at in terms I could understand.

My visits goes smooth I check in and my appointments are on time.

I had to pay out of pocket using bill money and gas money to be told that he cannot help me without insurance. All I need is to be able to function with no pain ! My last visits were at both locations and my paperwork was not completed accurately and on time causing me to loose my benefits. I'm lost and feeling extremely hopeless.He's been seeing me for over a year ,why would I keep coming here if I knew what's causing this problem!

This is my first visit .... Him & the staff were very friendly.I heard he was the best!!!! My appt went great.

Dr. Cannon was very kind and made sure that I understood my diagnosis and the treatment plan that was best for me. He answered all of my questions.

Dr. Cannon is a great specilist in orthopedics. I can say he explained everything in detail from an otho perspective. I was given as much info that he had to provide in accordance with tests results from Dr. Dabov. But Dr. Dabov said Dr. Cannon would explain everything. I would have like to see the MRI on the wall in detail due to my nerve spasms and pain and nerve tests on paper with explanation. The nerve exam was very painful with Dr. Bingham.I once had to have my nerve endings numbed and burned when i lived in Massachusetts. However. I am confused with the ligaments, and nerves and pain i am dealing with. But God has the key to all things. Thanks to all staff who has helped me. God Bless. Dr. Cannon is amazing!!!! I Iike his work, professionalism, and knowledge. Staff is great as well.

He was friendly, respectful, and helpful. I felt he genuinely wanted me to feel better.

The staff was wonderful to interact with and Dr. Cannon explained everything thoroughly. My only critique would be the wait after being called back, I wasn’t sure if or when the doctor would be coming to the room for my exam. I’m sure it was a simple accidental lack in communication. Otherwise a splendid experience.

Dr. Cannon seems like he genuinely cares about his patients. He doesn’t rush you through your appointment and when these insurance companies say they won’t pay for a test or procedure, he’ll keep trying until they do.

As always - professional, good patient-doctor relationship. I hadn’t seen Dr. Cannon in over two years, but he was very informative and knowledgeable about my care. Showed a lot of concern. Dr. Cannon developed health plan of action to assist me with my pain.

The experience was an extremely positive experience courteous staff no nonsense straight to the point.

Dr. Cannon is not only extremely efficient but also exceptionally perceptive. He diagnosed the pain/problem quickly and presented a plan to minimize or resolve the issue. I like his logical, succinct approach.

Visited today for a flare up of my low back pain. Dr. Cannon was thorough and took his time explaining my treatment option. He is a super nice physician and seemed to genuinely care about my care.

Dr Cannon helped figure out what was causing some of my back pain and helped find a solution. Couldn’t figure it all out but it’s not all orthopedic so he did what he could. Polite, friendly and kind. Good bedside manner. Uses “Praise God” a tad too much for my taste but I understand we are in the South so I’m not holding it against him! :)

Dr. Cannon is always compassionate about my health and well-being. I would strongly recommend him!

He had a good idea what was wrong when he walked into the exam room, and after a thorough exam that confirmed his suspicions, he had formulated a plan. Dr. Campbell was very friendly. Awesome bedside manners. Carefully explained things to me.

I felt completely unseen and unheard at my appointment. Dr. Cannon seemed to have a preconceived notion of my condition before ever meeting me, examining me, or hearing my concerns. I understand that my condition is genetic and there is “nothing” a doctor can do to “fix” my situation. I was simply trying to reach out for help on how to better deal with my situation. So to be told that I need to stop seeking out doctors for an answer or solution and that there is nothing that can be done was beyond discouraging. I am a young homeschooling mother of 4 young kids and battle with exhaustion and joint pain on a daily basis. There are some days where the pain is so bad I can barely move. The X-rays even showed early osteoarthritis in my low back. Yet, after seeing and hearing all this, I was told I was fine and that there was no solution for me except to go home and lift weights. No help was given, no resources were provided, and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough and spent the entire drive home crying. To reach out for help when I don’t know where else to turn and to be met with such coldness and lack of care was very disheartening. I felt completely unseen and unheard at my appointment. It was my first visit ever for any kind of orthopedic concerns, and Dr. Cannon came in talking not interested in what I had to say. Believe me I wanted the visit to go quickly as much as he did, but he even talked over me when he asked a question. I did find out what I went there for, but he didn’t have to be rude and condescending!

Upon my first time meeting Dr. Cannon was pleasant, but I do not feel as though he listened to my concerns. He only wanted to discuss one issue that was not my primary complaint. I was more focused on what's really bothering me and the nature of my initial visit, he wasn't. Not sure, if I will see him again.
