Great dentist; Dr. Doug is amazing!

What more can I say that about Dr. Disraeli and his amazing staff?! “Dr. D” is the best in the business. Contrary to the general public’s disdain for going to a DDS office, I actually look forward to my dental appointments because I know I’m always in the best hands. Their professionalism is 2nd to none. The supporting cast is just awesome…Love Patricia, Deborah, Theresa and rest of the gals. They’ve really made me feel like I’m part of their family, hence my loyalty for +15yrs. I just hope they know they’re apart of mine. Although, I’ve been reluctant to write a review because I wanted to keep this secret (Best Dentist) to myself…but for the good of the world (San Diego), all great things must be shared. ???? Had my front teeth veneers done 25 yrs ago, and they still look great.

Dr. Disraeli does great work and he is highly respected in the dental community. He gives an honest opinion and will recommend you to only the best specialists if he does not specialize in the procedure you need. Both he and his staff are very friendly. You'll get a good vibe from the office.

Dr. Disraeli and his team are all like one big family. They have such incredible energy and they comfort you through out the whole process. I had a broken tooth and needed a crown.... Dr. Disraeli was very detail oriented and I could see that he puts so much effort into his work. I felt confident that I was in very good hands. When it was time to fix my tooth, I was able to pick a movie from their database and I watched Crazy Stupid Love, they even gave me head phones... so while they were fixing my broken tooth, I was relaxing and watching my favorite movie. I have been a patient of Dr. Disraeli for over 8 years. I don't even know where to begin. When people ask for a dentist I am the first to speak out and recommend Dr. Disraeli. His team is amazing. His staff are an amazing team and I always have such a good time whenever I have to go to the dentist. Dr. Disraeli is very conservative when it comes to dental procedures. I was feel that when he recommends a procedure it is for the best. I can't say enough good things about every experience I have had at Dr. Disraeli's office. Been visiting Dr. Disraeli and his staff for 7 years now. Very professional, curteous, and clean office. You can pick and choose a dvd to watch during your cleanings. They always have a surfing video on and playing when I sit down in my chair!

Dr. Disraeli and his staff of amazingness have truly changed my opinion on dentists! One year ago I came for the first time scared out of my mind because of my personal experience at other practices. The first day I cried. It had been way too long and I had a lot of work to get done! This practice is so amazing!! When you walk in they greet you and by the second visit you are practically family! I love coming to the dentist now...and if you know me at all this is not something that would have come out of my mouth for the past 30 years! Every single time I walk through that door I feel relaxed, and comfortable with every aspect of my treatment! They are very thorough and at the same time gentle. Everyone here is EXTREMELY friendly! I have had to bring my 6 year old with me a couple of times and he was able to hang in the lobby and even got a toy for behaving himself!! I am not kidding you...if you have any fear of dentists please come give this practice a try!! After just one year, all of my "problems" are resolved and I just walked out of my appointment with a beautiful smile on my face! They are a proud practice and proud of their patients! Best dentist and staff anywhere! Dr. D. is amazing - he combines great skill and perfectionism with an excellent chairside manner. He communicates well and really strives to understand the patient’s goals and needs. I had a very complicated case (broken jaw and broken upper incisors that had been filled using bonding material over 20 years ago) and he was able to restore my smile and improve the functionality of my bite. I am 27 years old and I have been terrified of the dentist my entire life. This dentist made me feel so comfortable and I felt absolutely no pain! They made sure I was relaxed and well taken care of. I was referred to Dr. Disraeli by a coworker long ago (maybe 15 years?) and I've never once considered going elsewhere since. My husband has been going for about 10 years, and even still has a fair amount of dental anxiety after a childhood of bad dentistry, then avoiding the dentist altogether for more years than he'd like to admit. But over the course of his treatment he's always felt in good hands with Dr. D - which is saying a lot. Dr. Disraeli is just hands down a great dentist. And while there are a lot of great dentists out there, I've never previously had one who's gathered such a great staff. I ask a lot of questions, sometimes need a bit of hand-holding, and they're always genuinely happy to help. And I've never felt upsold or pressured for unnecessary extras or treatment - which is a deal-breaker for me. I've found Dr. D to always be responsive and available in an emergency (which did happen once right before a trip overseas), and he's wonderful at managing any pain or discomfort. Been to several dentist over the years in San Diego. This office is awesome. Very friendly staff and incredibly patient as I failed to fill out my forms ahead of time. I needed a detailed second opinion regarding extracting one of my teeth. Doug provided me with exactly that and then some! I left with a thorough and solid plan. The location was easy to get to and there is parking in the rear. I parked on the street and it was not an issue. Very comfortable office setting. His office is so unique and comforting, that you almost forget you are in a very sophisticated dental facility. I have had 25 different dentists in my lifetime but not one single one of them has come close to being the professional, warm thorough, friendly and affable dentist and human being that I have run across in a very long time. Clearly I have had my share of dental problems in my lifetime but I'm here to say that I always look forward to going to my appointments with Dr. Disraeli and his exceptional staff!!!! October 2017: Honestly, the best dentist experience of my life. This is the happiest office i have been to. I am actually excited to come back and get my cavity filled. I cant emphasize how great this team is. They are so kind. Go to this dentist. Update 2/1/2018: It takes a lot to drive a rational person to take the time out of their day to write an overwhelming positive review for their dentist - but these dentists will drive you to do the same. This is an incredible team and positive team. I recommend this dentist to all of my friends. Dental office is clean and organized. Staff is experienced and considerate. It seems somewhat counterintuitive that my rating would indicate I LOVED visiting the dentist, but let me tell you, I absolutely DID. My husband has been going to Dr. Disraeli for some time now, and he finally convinced me to go, since we upgraded our dental insurance. I'm almost 30, and I've never had a real cavity. As I was bragging about this fact during my routine cleaning, it turns out, I had one! I was terrified at the thought of having my teeth drilled, and I'm especially fearful of needles. We're talking a big baby, right here. Not only was Dr. Disraeli incredibly professional, funny, and amazing at what he was there to do, his entire staff is the same way. They had me laughing, and before I knew it, I was done. Dr. Disraeli even took the time to show me the needle after it had been used, to help assuage my fears. He explained the whole process to me, and as I was leaving made it clear I should monitor my bite to ensure it was proper after the anesthetic wore off. His work was on point, and I'm feeling great! I was able to go right back to work. If you are looking for the friendliest, funniest, most professional, high quality dentist, look no further! Very, very nice staff and atmosphere. I would just strongly recommend getting a second opinion on any work that is recommended. I got a second opinion, and most of the recommended work was not actually needed, so I will end up saving a lot of out-of-pocket expense.
