Always explains thoroughly and listens to what the patient says.
Doctor Munch and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. She always takes time to discuss all my questions, and follows up after my visit if she has concerns.

I have always found Dr. Munch to be professional, competent and concerned about my health. She takes time to answer questions and is thorough in her examinations. She tends to take a conservative approach in recommending treatment, but that is my preference as well. The office staff is courteous and professional.
The staff at this clinic are by far the most hateful, lazy, and negligent individuals that I have ever seen working in healthcare. During one of my visits, I was billed for numerous services I did not receive. Dr. Munch also seems very out of touch with modern medical practices. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and am in the process of reporting them to the Missouri Department of Insurance. I am both saddened and disgusted that this clinic has managed to remain open.
