Dorothy Ann Brodmann

I never had any issues with Dr. Brodmann, she was very professional when I got my glasses. I'd recommend her to my friends for her warm personality!

myeyedr has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My dad and I both had an appointment and spent 3 hours total in the office because they were so inefficient. After having a prescription changed, months later I was experiencing headaches and did not feel comfortable driving at night because my prescription was not strong enough. My dad called to have it changed but they refused to see me for a reexamination. They also refused to change the type of contact I was using that they prescribed back to one I used to use for years that was more comfortable for me. When I asked Dr. Brodmann if I could try 2-week or monthly contacts, she instead switched me to a different type of daily contact and told me I could “milk them for two days.” She later criticized previous eye doctors I had seen by saying my prescription was way too strong, but I am still experiencing problems months later with the one she prescribed. myeyedr has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
