She wasn't bad

She was friendly.

The office is dirty and probably has seen no upgrades since the 70's. The same can be said about her. If you are a veteran STAY AWAY she seems to have more contempt for disabled veterans than anything else. I ha e filed a claim against her with both VES and the Veterans Administration. No one should be subjected to her and her sarcastic and unprofessional ways. Especially the men and women that have proudly served this country.

Doctor and her desk staff were extremely rude. They were both very misunderstanding and neglectful of the patients’ anxiety and mental health needs, which only made the patients anxiety worse. Horrible attitudes and it was only 9 am

Very accommodating for me as a new patient during covid restrictions.

The young man receptionist was very polite. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Never experienced that behavior from someone at the front desk of a doctor's office. Also, had concerns and questions about my elderly parent that was there and was treated, but they would not tell me anything since my parent did not put my name on the HIPAA form and is a capable adult. The young man receptionist was very rude. He either didn't want to be bothered or was having a bad day. Never experienced that behavior from someone at the front desk of a doctor's office. Also, had concerns and questions about my elderly parent that was there and was treated as if whatever I had to say was not important.

Today I had the pleasure of my 1st visit to this office. The front desk was very couterious and I only waited a few minutes from the time walked into the the door to be seen. Once in the room I was in there for only 5 minutes until Dr. Bradford came in and went through my history as far back as I could remember and gave me all of the time I needed to understand me and my conditions. I plan on following through and addressing her concerns and seeing if she can help me. Great doctor !

Dr. Bradford has a very discourteous manner of communication and personal interaction. Would not recommend.
