Dr. Ragland has always been very informative, understanding, caring, and kind. She has taken great care of me and my wife. The only thing that is hard to do is call and leave direct messages for her. I have used the mychart to ask important questions, but it would be nice to get a quicker response. Some things can be taken care of quick over the phone instead of flooding the ER. When she does get back to me though, she really does help and she moves fast. It is just that waiting period sometimes can be tough with something like C-Diff coming back. She is still really terrific though. I love her as a provider.

I do not plan to return to see my provider. She was dismissive, rude and condescending when speaking to me. I am a provider as well and I try to be conscious of the way that I speak with my patients. I did not receive that treatment from Dr. Ragland. I do not plan on returning to her as my provider.

The provider was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was happening and what was going to occur. The provider listened to my concerns regarding my knee and immediately scheduled an x-ray and follow up appoint with the onsite sports medicine provider.

I receive very good care at this facility. It's clean, organized and not over crowded. My doctor sees me within minutes of my appointment, no long sitting and waiting. It's well-staffed and professional. Safety protocol is practiced here religiously, including the Security staff. When I need to see a doctor, this is where I prefer to go. I pray it doesn't change.

My relationship with Dr. Ragland was confusing. She denied my very basic right to obtain a second opinion on three separate occasions. Finally, she explained that her reason for denying my rights to a second opinion; she felt that I was looking for someone to tell me that I did not have a problem. She lied and told me that if I ever needed to talk to her she was available. She has not returned my last several calls. Dr. Ragland has some positive traits, however she lacks any modicum of "Emotional Intelligence," marginalizing her medical expertise.

Rude, uncaring and unprofessional, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it led me to a much better provider.

My meeting with Dr. Ragland was very disappointing! She was rude, hostile, her tone of voice and approach felt belittling. After voicing my health care concerns to Ragland, she snapped back with “I can’t help you with that” and relucted to give me any alternative options. I suggested some methods of treating my health concerns and she quickly cut me off, retaliated and became very argumentative. Overall Ragland was unprofessional, insensitive and did not display any concern to my wellbeing.

Dr. Ragland has an office in the city of Hawthorne on the 6th fl. Her office also has different rooms for taking lab tests such as X-Rays and blood samples as well as urine samples. However, her unisex bathroom had no window nor ventilations, it was stuffy and heavily perfumed like a disease spreading ground for those with weaker immunities to take the urine samples in. She didn't like unfamiliar symptoms as I told her about my ENT issues.

She's extremely rude and unprofessional. I took my husband to urgent care and she was there. She walked in the room, didn't introduce herself and the first words out of her mouth were you need to lose some weight, and she's all of 5feet tall and weighs about 400 lbs. I tweaked my back on.a Sunday and needed a refill on my muscle relaxers. Again, she was on call, when she called me, she let me know she doesn't like doing my doctors job on a Sunday. I'd rather die, than have to deal w/her.
