I went there on Jan 27 2023 I was scheduled for shots today and they forgot to put me in there system for a appointment today so I walked out do not go there I do not recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Nicholson is by far the best pain management/specialist at this location. The staff is very nice and caring. But, CRNP Garrick Smith is the worst person to have at any pain management facility that I've ever visited. I was being seen by him for a couple years several years back. Out of nowhere, he falsely accused me of having marijuana and alcohol in my urine, which is impossible. I haven't smoked in many years, nor have I had a single drink in at least 8+ weeks. He either lied to me, got my urine mixed up with someone else's, or flat out wanted to cut me off of my medicine cold turkey. On top of that, he called me passive aggressive, which I found to be highly unprofessional, incorrect, and very rude. If you decide to go to this location, see anyone else there, if he still works there. But, everyone else at this location in White Marsh was extremely nice and professional. Luckily, shortly after he kicked me out of the practice, I found a different practice that took me in and believed me when I told them the above. Anyway, good luck with your pain issues everyone! Not a very good place to recieve medical support very nasty and unprofessional

Worst place ever! I have an extremely painful chronic condition and they aren’t meeting my pain management needs. I left one pain management place because they treated me very disrespectful to an even worse pain management place. Do not go there!

I went to Dr. Nicholson and had 6 injections in 2 series. 3 shots per series. The first injection in both serious worked for about 10 days. The second injection in both didn't work at all and the third in each series lasted about 4 days. I found this odd. In between the 2 series I saw this gentleman that I had no idea who he was or what his title was but he prescribed me Morphine. I find the practice to be highly suspicious and would not recommend him to anyone. Also Dr. Nicholson comes in, gives you the injections and leaves. 10 Minutes total spent with me each time. Always enjoy my visit with Doctor and his staff

Dr. Nicholson was great. He listened to my complaints and then with out hesitation came up with a plan to help relieve my chronic pain. Dr. Nicholson spent a lot of time with the appointment and made me feel like he cares about his patients. The staff was very nice and efficient. Everyone made me feel at ease from the time I walked into the office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nicholson to my family and friends.

If you want to be treated like an addict then this is the place for you! Ridiculous

Excellent Don Nicholson treated my back pain and it was excellent, my back pains subsided, However, his staff was excellent and friendly as well also I’ would recommend anyone to go to his facility for treatment.

By far the best in the area, takes the time to listen and gets to know you. Front desk and medical staff have been very friendly too. He knows what he is doing and wants best for his patients.

Dr Nicholson is an outstanding professional that makes one feel like part of the family while focusing and targeting the issues of pain and a solution. I highly recommend him and his staff for managing the pain you’re experiencing.

All was great the first few visits. I had started by telling them that I'm there to buy time before being able to have the surgery. This was a 7 month period and I Well had surgery, they still wanted to see me. Well had an attack where leg went numb, sharp almost untolerable pain. I called my orto(hadn't been released from surgery) This was after I had tried to contact SPM, for over a week asking what to do. They take me down to a weeks worth of meds that were 5mg, compared to 30mg!

I just did care to much for him. i was there because the medication i was taken was not working. So he increased it. He does not listen to well either. He just looks for ways to keep you coming back. i guess that is what you learn after 12 years of college

DR. NICHOLSON IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN. HE PROVIDED ME WITH COMFORT, EASE, EXCELLENT SERVICES, LAUGHTER, AND PROFESSIONALISM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. NICHOLSON TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

I highly recommend Dr. Nicholson to anyone who is searching for an experienced pain specialist that understands more than just pain, but also the conditions that are contributing to the pain. He sets realistic expectations and I have never had a doctor who truly just listened first and then provided options. He got me to step outside my comfort zone and try something I held off on for years. He sets his patients at ease and truly cares. Not to mention, his staff is wonderful and are a great team

Dr. Nicholson is by far the best pain management/specialist in Baltimore county. The staff is very nice and caring. Privacy and embarrassment is no issue here.
