Please read To whom it may concern. I took my wife to dr. Moses simply because I pass her office all the time as I’m a local Contractor in the area. I I formed her my wife was involved in a four wheeler accident which caused her front tooth to be knocked out. Dr Moses assured us she could take care of everything and this has been a year ago. I’ve well over $7000 and my wife still has no tooth. Between having a rude receptionist and lack of info being relayed clearly she only has a bone grath done and being told she can not proceed without redoing bone grath. I was a patient at Moses' office for years. It was so long I can't remember exactly how long it was. I did everything just the way she and the hygienists recommend I do. I did so well, in fact, that Moses declared I was a model patient, and complimented me for doing such great work at home. 3 years ago I had a devastating work injury to my face, requiring extensive surgery at Grady trauma center, then after care. Months later I was diagnosed with a spot on my liver and had surgery for that, and then after care. All the while, I tried to work when possible, and with all that going on I inadvertently missed a single appointment at Moses' office. At the next appointment I explained to the hygienist why I missed the last time. She worked on me less than 10 minutes (as I said, I did great work at home), and advised me that Moses would be in soon. About 15 minutes later Moses finally came in, and angrily admonished me for missing the appointment at her office. When I went to pay for the visit I was surprised to learn I was charged $540. I asked the receptionist why it was so much, considering I generally had to pay about $150, and I was advised that Moses had charged me as a new patient. After all those years of being a good patient I inadvertently miss an appointment due to medical issues and the associated stress, and she gets mad about it, acts like a petulant child, and charges me as a new patient. A great practice! Dr. Moses is a phenomenal and accomplished periodontist, but moreover, she has a fantastically friendly staff that really takes care of you!

Dr. Donna Moses and her staff have treated me for the past 11 years. I have had root canals and have had a prosthetic appliance made that not only helps me stop grinding my teeth , but has also improved my sleep apnea. Dr.Moses is very professional, explains procedures thoroughly, and works to reduce anxiety and pain. I work as a therapist with people with anxiety disorders and phobias and I refer patients with these issues to her . She is knowledgeable, patient and helpful, and goes the extra mile to help reduce their anxiety and fears. Dr. Donna Moses and her staff have treated me for the past 11 years. I am a very nervous dental patient. Without Dr Moses' skill, kindness, patience and encouragement, I would never have stuck to her treatment schedule, which eventually solved my serious periodontal problems. Her hygienists also do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

They are warm, friendly, and once they get to know you and vice versa, theres a sense of feeling of family. They are super!

Dr. Moses has performed two very serious and difficult surgeries on me. I have had a LOT of dental work in the past and she makes it all seem so easy. If DMDs were cars, she would definitely be the Mercedes. I highly recommend her and her staff. Thank you Dr. Moses. Now that the surgery is done, we wait. Recently had some work done, been a patient for years, this review covers last visit but can be applied to the whole time I've been going. First hygienist was super sweet and gentle like a deer, totally pain free. Second hygienist was super social and had a passion for removing stains from my teeth. The two combined not only reversed 10 years of neglect on my part but restored my teeth back to something that's worth smiling about. On top of that, all the staff including those that schedule appointments and those that handle the finances, and the facility the practice is in, is top notch. All these great things didn't come together under one roof by accident either. Dr. Moses is professional, compassionate, and is 100% vested in her patients and business. Currently I drive a little over an hour to be treated by Dr. Moses, I would still choose her if I lived three hours away. My last few visits were worth every penny! She is very kind and gentle. She is incredibly thorough and does her best to explain your situation and answer any questions you may have. I am extremely pleased. ☺️

I came to this practice to get a gingival procedure done and was met with a professional and seamless experience. The staff was always friendly and attentive towards me which made for a comfortable environment. Dr. Donna Thomas Moses gives you the best care possible. Preparation, the procedure, and follow-up were all excellent. Could not have asked for a better place to receive my periodontal care! I have been a patient of Dr. Moses for almost three years now. I have gum recession caused by grinding my teeth at night. On the bottom left side of my mouth, the recession was the worst. I had gum grafting surgery by Dr. Moses. I was completely freaked out by the thought of this surgery - everything I heard was how painful it was, difficult to recover, can't eat, etc. During the surgery, they take tissue from the roof of your mouth and stitch it in wherever you have recession. The roof of your mouth also has stitches. Sounds awful, right? I chose to have nitrous for the surgery. It's a bit extra, but it is worth it. It certainly relaxes you and makes you feel calm during the surgery. (And, because the surgery takes about two hours and I'm freaked out by dental procedures, why wouldn't you??) From the minute the nitrous started, I never felt any pain during the surgery. I mean NONE. Dr. Moses makes sure that you are completely numb before she begins. They make a splint you wear on the top of your mouth that protects the removal site. You can wear it as long as you like. I wore mine for two weeks, all the time and only when I ate for two more weeks. After a week, the stitches come out from where the gum is grafted. You'll experience some tenderness where the tissue was taken. Even now, after 3 months, the roof of my mouth is sensitive to extreme hot and cold but that's easy to live with. I won't lie: it's uncomfortable to have any surgery in your mouth. But I never experienced any real pain during or after the surgery. Dr. Moses makes sure that your pain is managed. I was amazed at how fast I recovered with such little pain and SO happy with the surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My graft is now nice and healthy, much to my relief. Anything you can do to save your teeth and bone will be worth it in the long run. I have always been comfortable with Dr. Moses and her staff as they are extremely professional and supportive. I highly recommend this team! Her ladies provide the very best customer service that I have experienced at any healthcare provider. They treat their patients like family. I cannot say enough about nice and approachable Dr. Moses is. She takes a lot of time to explain what she plans to do. Her staff is super nice. Everyone of them. I am scheduled for tooth implants. Dr. Moses is very thorough and has much time with me and my dentist to come up with the best plan. I trust her completely.

I was completely freaked out by the thought of this surgery - everything I heard was how painful it was, difficult to recover, can't eat, etc. Gum grafting surgery is a big deal but I felt no pain during or after the surgery. As someone who does not like dental procedures, I could not have asked for a better experience! I appreciate their professionalism and NO PAIN!

Terrible bedside manner and incredibly poor communication skills. My wife leaves there crying and/or upset every time she has had an appointment. She has observed Dr. Moses treating her staff like crap and she has constant turnover. There is a new girl at the desk practically every visit. Dr. Moses poor communication, arrogance, and condescension make the woman insufferable. We are finding a better practitioner. Buyer beware.
