Dr Wendell Hand and his wife have been taking care of my families needs for decades since the 90's and they deserved 5 stars. We were never turned down and always received the care we needed. Evidently, there are new Dr's now. I was told they don't have an open for 2 1/2 weeks and to go elsewhere. Sounds like the small town facility that had human need over money and greed that Dr Wendell worked so hard to sustain has now become a careless big city money comes first practice. The doctors Wendell and Donna were the very best. This new Dr only got 1 star just for being open!! My father needed hospice care. So I had to bring my daddy into the office for a face to face visit...This was extremely hard on him. 5 days later the hospice order has not been sent. Please don't put your loved ones in there hand. My dog has a better Dr than what our lindale clinic can now offer our community. The doctors Wendell and Donna were the very best. This new Dr only got 1 star just for being open!! Absolutely the worst place to go if you need medical care. when your appointment is given to you please be advise that you will wait over an hour to two hours just to wait and wait. None of your appointment will ever be on time. I loved these people. I just don't go to the doctor enough. Was told that because I haven't been there often enough that they would no longer see me. (They aren't seeing new patients) I guess I will have to find a new doctor. It is very hard to find folks this knowledgeable anymore.

They have been my doctors for almost 30 years. They listen to you and take time to answer every question you have. They treat you like family. Very friendly staff and if you leave a message Dr Hand responds very fast. If you need a referral to a specialist, they get it done very prompt. I wouldn't trust any other Dr.
