I am so sorry you were so sick but I didn't understand this doctors purple you gave me that's why I called Charlene and Charlene is telling me she's not a doctor but my whole body is Shifting and she kept telling me she was in a medical doctor then I asked her for a doctor's note and she told me scripture you gave me for my physical whatever I'm supposed to do what's the doctors. That's unacceptable I don't know if she's telling you what I told her and asked her for a doctor's note she never give it to me Jen said that is a doctor's note and my managers was a doctor Stone a real doctor Spin and then she started yelling at me about calling to the service to have you call me and I said hurry up and call it was an emergency it wasn't an emergency I don't know why that girl told her that I never said anything like that I think you need to sit there and talk to these two girls about customer service cuz they don't have it and it's very unacceptable the way they're handling stuff and Charlene said I told her to call Holy Redeemer Hospital I did not tell her she's volunteered to do that I did not do it I'm very upset with your group the way they're handling stuff and Jen I don't know what her problem is cuz I never dealt with her I'm dealing with Charlene and Jen's running back and telling her we don't this is dumped by a doctor and got he wants to run it but if I need a doctor's note I need a doctor's note and if I don't understand this crap I don't need her receptionist to tell me what a scrape is a referral I had only one visit and she's like are there by and I told her what happens if my insurance don't cover it I think you need to sit there and talk to her and Jen about their problem and their attitude is very unacceptable they do not have customer service I've been with you a long time and I don't want to leave you cuz of them but you need to get them straighten up I know you were busy this week I'm awfully sorry what happened but it I don't understand something why would she tell me something different who is she she's not a doctor and Jen doesn't know what you're saying next time if I don't understand something call me and explain it to me my husband and I like you do in an office do you have my number you have my email I don't want to leave you I like you but I can't deal with Jen and Charlene tell me who you said this you said that how undo I know that they can be making stuff up I give her up a rating cuz she needs to get close down the way her employees or have known her business and she I'm going to cuz I was impatient and she told me not to come back cuz her her employees I give her a very bad rating I need to take her medical records away from her and close her business down he told me not to come back as a patient cuz I would be a good fit for her employees

Dr. Angotti did a topical biopsy to discover my breast cancer had returned. However, she did not do imaging to discover the cancer was also inside my breast and should have had a biopsy as well. This is protocol of a cancer specialist. Result, misdiagnosis. Recommendation, if you have cancer go to a cancer specialist, not a general surgeon. My cancer may not have spread if diagnosed properly in the beginning.

She is amazing. Advocates for me and my best interests, good listener, collaborative, helpful, empathic.

Accompanied my sister who is hearing impaired for an appointment. Waited for an hour and a half to be seen. Was told by Dr. Angotti that I would receive a phone call the next day or two from her. After 9 days and 3 phone calls to the office still no return call! Was told by office staff that “Dr is very busy” after second phone call. After third call was told “Dr is off today”. Looking for new surgeon!

Dr. Angotti has worked with my wife and daughter. She is an excellent surgeon and a warm empathetic human being. She is a great doctor
