Wonderful physician. Knowledgeable and caring . Office staff is very friendly

Abrupt and uncaring. Spent virtually no time with me and seemed totally unconcerned. I am looking for someone else. At least my last doctor while having little "bedside manner" was at least thorough. Dr. Ricci is neither.

I have had the experience of meeting Dr Ricci as a patient( client) almost 4 years ago. I find him friendly, informative thorough and kind. He takes time with his patients and answers all of their questions, I find him an excellant Dr and I trust him completely. I would gladly recommend him to others seeking a good Gastroentrolgist.

I found Dr. Ricci cruel, incompetent and unreliable. My surgeon in NY requested a Esophageal Manometry and Bravo PH Monitoring. I asked him what the results of the test were and he saidsince I'm not doing the surgery I don't need to tell you. Then I asked him to sign off so I wouldn't need another cartogram to save both myself and the insurance company money he refused and said I have fulfilled my obligation. I cried during the test and he told me to stop, I was making it harder on myself.

Dr Ricci is fabulous. He makes me feel comfortable when I ask questions and he has a jolly demeanor that makes me feel at ease. I trust him completely. My insurance changed at one point and I had to leave the practice but I changed insurance so I could get him back as my doctor. He truly is one of the best!!!
