Stated in several sessions that he did not feel parental counseling for high conflict custody situations is effective, but later denied it was even discussed while testifying in case. Advice given in sessions was distorted later in testimony. Canceled appointments, failure to return calls timely or at all, not available to see one parent for weeks while the other always got on his schedule..clearly “help one side win" motivated, not family-centered counseling! If you must use, record sessions!
