I liked Dr. Willis after my first visit, but I had to talk to him about something from our appointment. Called to leave him a message and, to make a long story short, I was rudely told by the person answering the phone that the only way I can talk to Dr. Willis is to schedule an appointment. In my opinion, this is nothing about the oath taken but rather about money!

Dr. Willis is an amazing Urologist! He cares about his patients. He works very hard to make sure they are taken care of. I experienced very bad complications with a kidney stone. Dr. Willis and his awesome staff especially Peggy were so kind, and diligent in helping me! God bless Dr. Willis and his staff! I would 100% recommend him to anyone with urology problems! I never saw this doctor. Staff is rude and unprofessional. My insurance requires a $40 co pay and pays 100%. I was told by Peggy I had to pay $125 out of pocket due to deductible. I had to bc/BS reps call them to clarify. They refused and told me if I did not pay 125 I would not be seen. Filing a complaint.

Dr Willis is very knowledgeable. An excellent Dr. who takes his time and answers questions. His office reception needs improvement. Peggy is cold and quiet not welcoming and really needs to be behind the scenes doing something else. Recently in talking with her, she did everything she could to discourage me from setting a time to come in for a needed injection. Schedules conflicted in every way with the nurse and recommended i go to GP Dr or elsewhere. Dr W needs someone professional there.
