One of the worst experience, I did a face lift about 2 years ago and after the surgery both of my ears especially my right ear has developed keloid, I informed him about this and he gave me a bad attitude the day I went to his office, he spoke badly in front of Me because he thought I didn’t Know English but sadly I understood what he told his assistant. I would definitely not Recommend him to any one since he wasn’t as professional as I thought he would be and what he “so called injected” on my ear to Remove the keloid didn’t do anything for me at all. I am very disappointed and displeased because before I did the procedure they would constantly call me and follow up on me to see if I was interested (and of course for my money) but once the procedure was done it was hard for me to get a hold of him. I recently received a message from his office to see if I was interested in any other procedure but I decided to go to my previous surgeon since Dr. Roland was not what I expected.

Highly skilled and very meticulous with his work during surgery. He did some breast reconstruction surgery while he was at our Hospital, and we were all amazed at his work when the procedure was finished. In addition to making sure we (the nurses) we were following his after care instructions precisely, he also took the time to speak with the patient and family members before leaving the hospital. I would have to say he should have informed patients better I almost died from breast implant illness due to my silicone implants yrs ago he did the surgery well but did not inform patients of REAL LIFE risks, of silicone dangers, of FDA ban on silicone etc etc.

I had my abdominoplasty completed on 10/4/18. I can honestly say that Dr. Roland, his wife, and staff are absolutely amazing, kind, knowledgeable and friendly people. I am still recovering from my surgery however, I am loving my results thus far. I would post pictures of before and after, but I’ll let the Doctor do that. Have not met the doctor yet, showed up today in a storm for my scheduled appointment and aparently it was cancelled due to an emergency. Emergencies happen, but that staff is condisendent and disrespectful. There was another patient/customer that also showed up as scheduled and was advised that the appointment was cancelled, and everyone was supposedly called in advance. When we asked the staff why no one left a message, they said they called and left messages for everyone. Othet customer questioned why it would be that both her and I have no missed calls or voicemails “B” (possibly the office manager )asked if the other customer was calling her a liar. The other customer told her hat she never said that. “B” challenged her, and responded by saying, “that’s how it sounds.” The customer told her that she wanted her name. “B” responded that her name is “B” customer asked for last name, and “B” said she’s under no obligation to give more. I went to dr Ronald to do my face and nose 5 years ago. I am lucky to be alive. They put me to sleep for about 10 hours. My ayes still have the scar of the stitches. I went to an eye specialist in NYC consired to be the best in town and well known worldwide, and I was told that my eyes don't close in my sleep. I was referred to an eye plastic. I'm waiting for my appointment. My nose show no mayor change, I still have difficulties breathing from one nostril. Dr Ronald charged me $21 thousand dollars. I'm so happy that I chose him for my procedure. I've always wanted to reduce my breast size (34DD). And he did an amazing job with the breast reduction surgery. A good price and an amazing doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone. I got recommended by a friend and I don't regret it.
