Dr Donald Pennington and staff handled my shoulder injury and reverse shoulder replacement surgery with expert surgical skill with caring professional care throughout the treatment process.

Great front desk staff and nurses as well. Dr Pennington explained everything on a level I could easily understand and went over my options for my knee pain which I went with a steroid shot for now & he did it quickly and carefully. Really nice staff all around and I would highly recommend Dr Pennington to anyone with knee injuries!

Fantastic care and very on top of your needs and scheduling is very fast and detailed. I felt well cared for and informed.

The doctor was very professional and courteous. I could not be more pleased with my outcome.

When calling for the appointment, I felt desperate, I only waited a week to see the Dr. He didn't seem rushed when examining & talking to me. He wanted to make sure my questions were answered. No wait in the waiting room to speak of, right to imaging, then right to my room with the nurse. This whole experience was an answer to prayer from my LORD JESUS!!! Two and a half months later I am nearly 100% and do not need to return unless something else comes up! Before seeing Dr Pennington, two different people suggested I try to get in to see him specifically! WHAT an answer to my prayers! Dr. Pennington is the best ortho I have ever had. In fact, one of the best doctors period similar to my primary doc. He takes the time explain the "why" and does not treat you like a number. Also, my last scope has left me pain free with no scar tissue. Wish I could say the same for the previous sugeries from other local docs. I had to keep going back. I love Dr Pennington he has always been a good doctor he did surgery on both my knees and both my shoulders if I had to do it all over again I would go to him

Promptly got into the room, no waiting for the doctor. New injury for me and was given some good info with various options. Still haven’t ruled out surgery but at least I have the info I need. Staff was great as well. No complaints. Good place to take your injuries. Thanks.

I had extensive rotator cuff shoulder repair February 24th, 2022. By following 12 weeks of Dr Pennington’s strict protocol, I know I will have complete use of my shoulder again! Because I started passive PT six days after surgery, I have full range of motion already. Now that I can activate my own muscles, I just have to build strength and endurance. Aside from being a great surgeon, Dr Pennington has explained every step of the way, and has been patient with my many questions. A totally positive experience! Dr. Pennington repaired my shoulder. From what he said it was one of the wrost he had seen. It took 6months of heeling. I have great movement in my right arm and about 80 percent strength back. Top quality service in care. Would highly recommend the office.

Was a very excellent experience. Very informative and all my questions were very professionally answered. Dr. Pennington is very personable as were his assistants.

I had to get a Cortizone shot in my shoulder. It was a breeze. No discomfort that evening and non sleeping. Get to take a few days easy… my Interpretation means a few days of just kicking back. Husband heard it a little differently ???? He was teasing me. Dr. Pennington is very good and so easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

Dr.Pennington, has performed 4 surgeries on me. Him and his staff are all friendly and professional.

Dr. Pennington and his staff are always professional, courteous and well organized. They never seem rushed or too busy to talk about patient concerns.

This will be my second shoulder surgery with Dr. Pennington. The first one went so well that when I started having problems with the other I didnt think twice about coming back. He gave me all my options then asked what I wanted to do. Very pleased. Office staff very friendly and helpful.

Can’t thank Dr.Pennington enough and his crew for there amazing support and experience. I am able to lift my arm and get back into things I have been able to do for 3 years. Everyone in that office is amazing. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Pennington and his staff were amazing! He explained my MRI scan, did an exam, formed a treatment plan and implemented it. Very impressed!

Wonderful surgeon and great bedside manner.

About 10 years ago i had troubles with my left shoulder. I frequently delt with the annoying, achy dislocations. Dr. Donald pennington did a amazing job putting in 3 anchors to re-attach my labrum, which was compleatly tore off from top to bottom on the front, and ripped in the back. But to be warned the recovery is way more painful then then pre-operation but once healed all the way, the you will be better off. Since then, my shoulder doesnt feel unstable anymore. My range of motion isnt as good but thats to prevent any future dislocations. About 10 years ago i had troubles with my left shoulder. I frequently delt with the annoying, achy dislocations.
