Donald R Mackay

He is the best doctor that I’ve ever had and I’ve known him all of my life. He’s done so many surgeries on me and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Dr. Mackay genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. He is why I am who I am today and I’m so glad for the years that he’s been my doctor.

Excellent surgeon and great with children. He has been taking care of my daughter for 15 years and she loves him and trusts him. He performed a LeFort procedure on my daughter and we got a great result.

Dr. Mackay really takes time to listen to his patients needs and concerns. He doesnt treat you like another paycheck. He talked to me throughout the whole process, comforted me, and made sure my mental and physical needs were met. He did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty and I cant imagine anyone having done it. He is genuinely a great talented doctor who cares about his work

An amazing doc who explained the procedure, performed it quickly and painlessly, then made several suggestions for the next phase. Cancer sucks, but he rebuilt my nose and I am thrilled with the results.

HORRIBLE SURGEON. I wasn’t told that he doesn’t usually do noon jobs until I was being duped up in the surgery room by the nurse like it was suppose to make me feel special. Eff you guys. Now they “lost” my before and after photos.

The only negative was the waiting room. The receptionist and other employees are constantly talking and it’s way to open since they are basically in the same room as patients waiting to be seen. You hear Everything they’re talking about from phone calls to just chatting. Not very professional setting. Hershey location was much better
