DO NOT see this doctor! I learned my lesson, and now I totally understand why he got so many bad reviews, I 100% believe and agree with every single one. Stay away from this doctor if you care about yourself!

I just had my colonoscopy done.Love it there.Staff is nice and caring. Will defenitely be back!

Dr. Kwok was very gentle and patient with my 97 year old mother. She is a retired R.N. and sceptical about most doctors but she warmed right up to him.

From my first consult with Dr Kwok I found him to be professional, to the point and meticulous. Day of the procedures the nursing staff was excellent. Follow up excellent. Thank you very much.

I feel compelled to write a review. I recently saw Dr. Donald Kwok for digestive and bowel movement issues. Due to a family history of colon cancer and my symptoms, Dr. Kwok suggested colonoscopy. In addition, also a test for breath H Pylori, and Miralax, probiotics to ease my constipation. After just taking the meds for a week, my embarrassing passing too much gas issue has resolved! Today, I had my colonoscopy, and Dr. Kwok is nothing but professional, effective, and put me in ease when talking to him. His team (front desk at both patient and surgery facilities, the wonderful nurses and the anesthesiologist) and him gave me such a positive experience. After reading all the horror stories about this procedure, I feel truly lucky that I chose Dr. Donald Kwok as my doctor! I feel compelled to write a review. I feel compelled to write a review. I recently saw Dr. Donald Kwok for digestive and bowel movement issues. Due to a family history of colon cancer and my symptoms, Dr. Kwok suggested colonoscopy. Dr. Donald Kwok was great! He was caring and responsive to my questions and concerns. As a matter of fact, when I arrived at the hospital for a colonoscopy, the hospital had no record of his orders. I have been to Dr. Donald Kwok twice and both experiences have been great!

Worst Dr that ive ever had. Horrific bedside manner, rude and he was backing out of the door before i was even done asking a question.Hes also patronizing, he suggested i order some syrup on amazon then he closed the door. Hes a jerk and i wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.

excellent experience . Not my favorite thing to do, colonoscopy, but start to finish it was not unpleasant in any way. Dr. spent time to explained every thing before and after the procedure in a way a patient could understand.

Don't bother going to these folks. I had an appointment at 12:45 PM and they asked I be there a half hour early. I had all of their paperwork filled out before I arrived (35 minutes early). I waited in an empty waiting room (that's right no other patients waiting) until 1:30 PM and left. Doctors who don't respect your time, don't deserve your business. Remember that a Doctor's office is a business and should treat you as a client, not just another billing opportunity. Don't bother going to these folks.
