Dr. Don Kagan is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been seeing him on and off for the last 15 years....(only because he moved out of the office where I was seeing him). Will not make that mistake again! I have since re connected with Dr. Kagan , and let me tell you ! He has been curing me of all my ailments . Not to get into the personal ailments I have ......but Dr. Donald Kagan always always gave me the best ways to help me and is persistent in getting you better . He does all the proper tests and takes his time to fix you . Most doctors do not take the time or at least in my view don’t care or have the knowledge that MY FAVORITE DOCTOR has ! Thank you for everything Dr. DON! I hope you will be my doctor for many years to come ! I would highly highly recommend Him to anyone . There is no other option for me ! Dr. Donald Kagan ! The best ! Don is worth being I'll, just to go see him. He's personable, thorough, and keeps up with all the new changes in medicine. He has saved my life twice, no lie. He diagnosed my cancer early on, and I was able to have surgery and a full recovery without it spreading. He also insisted I go go right to the E.R. another time, and because I'm a capa-dura, was procrastinating. He insisted, I went, and next thing I knew, I was waking up without my appendix. Not only was it less than a day from bursting, it was fused to my colon. Thanks God for Donald, he's as good if not better than most doctors. As for the negative review, I'm sorry you probably caught him on a bad day. He's nothing like the person you are describing.

Absolutely one of the most caring, thorough, efficient and honest Physician Assistants I have ever been to. I am lucky to be one of his patients, would follow him anywhere. He follows through on his patients, gets back to you quickly and is genuinely concerned about his patients well being. So happy I followed him to his new practice.

The best of the best! I was very satisfied with my care, and would gladly recommend Don to others.

This man saved my life and my marriage more then once!!! He is the best PA(doctor) I have ever had. My health has never been better then when under his care. I'll follow him until he retires...!

If you can't swallow pills, be prepared to be berated, asked "How old you are", and generally thought of to be stupid. Because he can care less if you can't swallow a pill or not, and prefer liquids. Don't go to this No bed side manner creep if you can't swallow pills and need a liquid. There are MANY Liquid meds out there to help patients take their medication. There is no reason why he can't prescribe them, even a quick chat to the pharmacist can help him prescribe the correct medication.
