Dr. Donald Neal Harline

He is a wonderful doctor. Every time we came in We always had a wonderful visit. He has a very prompt staff. They are very responsive to the patients. My only complaint is I wish that we wouldn’t have changed insurance so we can continue to see him. I think figure OK here she’s going to come back, but I can go with you.

I've been a patient with him for over 10 years now. They all are nice and respectful, I've never had any issues with anyone who works there. He's very helpful, honest and respectful. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has severe pain issues. He's helped me reduce my pain from a 8-10 pain scale to 4-6, He's tried many different things and I've finally found a great way to live a better and happier life.

Only good things to say about Dr. Harline and his office. He not only treats your condition, but educate you about it and takes time to answer your questions.

I was so excited to find a doctor that was more interested in helping us get better than being involved in “ the politics “ in the medical field. The whole staff works hard to make a person feel comfortable. I have recommended him to many that are all feel the same way that my family does. Thanx to all of them.

Always thought he was a great doc until after 10 years one mistake that wasnt my own and they cut you off completely. Although I've sat in the waiting room listening to patients with major infractions. Doesnt honestly car about his true loyal patients.

They never fail to go above and beyond for their patients. This has been the best experience for me in over 15 years of dealing with severe pain and nerve damage while the insurance refuses to pay for surgeries and now refuse to cover my meds as well. Dr Harline and his staff have truly been amazing. Doing every thing in their power to help me and keep me comfortable while still being able to afford the cost of my meds now. My family has visited Dr. Harline and they liked him. I don't know about Dr. Harline, but I spoke with his receptionist and she was extremely cold towards me, and I was clearly someone who innocently needed help. The fact that she was awful towards me makes me want to steer clear from this place.

He is always very knowledgeable, listens to our staff and our patients, and has been very effective in finding treatments that work. More a place peddling weight loss pills than a doctors office. Would not recommend if you want real help or a doctor that cares.

I love the medical staff and Dr Harline they are always so nice and welcoming and always have warm smiles greeting you when you come into their office.i always feel right at home.

A wonderful Doctor, he is very knowledgeable & listens to your issues. His staff is also AMAZING always kind and they get you seen quickly! Very grateful that I get to go to their clinic.

Dr Harline is my favorite doctor. He is very knowledgeable and knows whats best for my chronic pain. Totally would recommend Harline to anyone.

I've been working with Dr. Harline for over a year now and am very impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, his bedside manner and willingness to listen and especially that he truly cares about his patients.

Definitely love this doctor. he isn't my own physician but he treated family of mine and is darn good at what he does. His staff doesn't let him down either. His practice is ideal for what my family sees him for n am so happy that he is there for them.

Dr Harline has served me for over 10 years and always listens carefully and solves my immediate and long-term problems.

Dr Harline is outstanding in the way he treats me as a person that needs a dr. instead of just some number that he bills. I can not remember a Dr. that is so caring and attentive to what I may need.

STAFF: There are signs posted in the waiting areas and where they take weight and vitals stating "No Cell Phone Use: in the interest of other patients." or something to that effect. It will be one of the first things you see. I waited in line to let them know I was there and to get my first time assessment papers and in the middle of my interaction with the front office lady she answered the phone. She was on the call for around 4 minutes, then finished giving me my paperwork. Later when I was lead back to the assessment room I asked the Nurse if she saw the irony of what had just happened. She stated that the staff has to answer the phone. I agreed but I found it ironic. I explained that I wasn't attempting to be rude I just thought it was funny. She didn't think it was humorous at all. Other websites have his staff rated low on customer service, I can see why. Dr. HARLINE: Very nice guy. He didn't really chit chat about what ailed me (acid reflux), he just launched into questions about "how long I had noticed", "rate your pain", "frequency", and the like. I felt like he was very procedural. He spent most of his time looking at the computer screen next to me and typing more than anything else. Upon my initiation we did chat about some trivials. He made some recommendations about over-the-counter meds and sent me on my way. I felt like he was through enough, just... The whole experience took about an hour and a half. I don't think I'll be going back. I think I may be a little hard on Doctors. I worked at a hospital for 3 years and feel like I can tell a good doctor when I see one. He was adequate but not for me.
