Donald M. Gibson

I would highly recommend Dr. Gibson to anyone that finds themselves needing this sort of surgery. His team and office is over the top amazing and communicates very well during and after the surgery with the family. What should have been a valve replacement turned into a more complicated procedure. Dr. Gibson is beyond amazing! He has a very caring and professional bedside manner. He definitely gave my 85 yr old mother a second chance at living life.

Dr. Gibson, operated on me on December 17, 2015. He replaced the Aortic Valve and was scheduled to perform the Maze Procedure, however that was not possible due to excessive scarring from a previous Heart Surgery. Dr. Gibson performed the difficult surgery without exception and his staff was extremely professional and Dr. Gibson took whatever time was required to provide assurance to me. I would recommend Dr. Gibson to any and all requiring this life changing surgery.

Dr. Gibson repaired a hole in my lung at Memorial Herman with some clamps. Everything went as he said it would, no problems. His team is an extension of himself, everyone is on the same page. From the Anesthesiologist to his nurses they all projected professionalism in everything they did. Thank you Dr Gibson and thank you to your team !
