Donald Severinus Gervais JR.

I have been having pain in my sciatic, swelling hands, & other symptoms no other doctor was really worried about addressing. Dr. Gervais is by far the most precise & accurate doctor who was genuinely concerned about my health and was determined to find the cause of my pain. I am so very grateful to have linked up with him as a patient. He truly is my secret hero!! My pain is slowly diminishing and I’m able to start doing the things I love to do again. He put time and effort in and for that, I am truly thankful!!!

Dr Gervais is very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain things well, during and after testing, so that I could understand what was going on after my auto accident.

Dr. Gervais was thorough and very helpful. After dealing with my condition for months I saw him and he was compassionate and solved the issue through the proper meds and procedure. I have an abundance of confidence and respect for him.

First off, his staff does not know anything about insurance and billing. They tell you one thing and next you receive a bill for over a thousand dollars. It’s copay only not towards your deductible. Oh sorry we assumed it was copay only for machine tests, not. Doctors really don’t explain what is going on and run every test they can to charge your insurance but you get screwed instead. I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Gervais is very thorough, polite and good bedside matters. He explains everything.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Gervais since spring 2020 and he’s been amazing. As well as the staff in his office. He is kind and interested in finding out the problem rather than bandaging things up. And that’s a win in my book. No doubt he has made my day to day living much much easier!

I had seen other doctors in the past for my migraines and the only thing they wanted was to give me meds not making me any better I went to see Dr Gervais and he wanted to find the cause of my migraines so that I would get the proper treatment I am so thankful for him I am now getting the right treatment During all the tests he found that my left carotid artery was like a corkscrew So thankful for his being so thorough and answering my questions I hate to think about what would have happened to me had I not gone to see him I Highly recommend Dr Gervais and Gavin

Great and caring Doctor who is always willing to help. Studies your situation, so much of his time is before and after you leave. Helped me and others I know who could not find help elsewhere!

Dr.Gervais is remarkably passionate about his work. Yes, it does take time to see him, as he is very thorough. I’ve never felt rushed, he takes as much time needed to research & explain technical neurological issues with me. Unlike other doctors, he treats me as a collaborator in my treatment rather than a stupid patient. Regardless of grim diagnosis, I always look forward to our visits and the education he provides along with treatment options. I literally, & completely trust him with my life.

He is an intelligent man, however, we can never seem to get anyone to return our calls. We are going on day 3 of our phone call not being returned in regards to finding out about an abnormal test (from the patient portal, not the office notifying us). If a test comes back abnormal with further testing needed, it is a shame for a patient to find that on their portal and not from the Dr. office. It is frustrating and scary knowing something is wrong, but no calls are returned to give you answers.

If you don’t mind waiting 2-3 hrs past apt time then this is the doc for you. He is very knowledgeable n good at his profession but does take time to answer patients concerns. His staff says because he is triple booked n doesn’t have time to spend with patient. He walks out of room and says he will be back and never returns. Nurses in back are rude and shuffle you off. Half the time in wrong direction. They are unorganized n u professional.

He is awesome , and I have recommended him to my mom which she is waiting for her referral from her doctor to see him .

The jury is out as of yet but I've been seeing Dr. Gervais for about 3 months now. NP. Jeanette has been at large in my treatment as well (She's so advanced and awesome!). I have mal petite seizures, and I used to have devastatingly terrible seizures as an adolescent (so bad that I still cry when I see an ambulance). Dr. Gervais doesn't like to see patients in pain but he respects my knowledge as a degree holder of Pre-Medical Biology and as a Nursing student.

They don't have time to fill out faxes and send to insurance, they don't have time to make phone calls to your insurance. I was lied to about my insurance denying a Prior Authorization when in fact they didn't, they just didn't have time to be on the phone (which I recorded them saying.) Told me for a month they would do the prior authorization then said they no longer do. Poor office management. Never check portal emails to doctor. Ignore patients pain and needs.

My elderly mom went through a long afternoon of testing. She became bedridden so I went to her appointment to find out the results of the tests. Even though I have total medical power of attorney, Dr. Gervais would not talk to me. The nursing home director called him to find out what was going on, and he said to just put her on hospice. I guess I will never find out what the results are because of this arrogant man.
