I made an appointment for my son as a new patient and never received the paperwork. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm the details since it was that afternoon. I was told because they never got the paperwork his appointment was cancelled. I told them I never got it. They sent it to the wrong email. I said that wasn’t his fault and I needed it resolved. I was asked to hold and hung up on. I called again Monday to reschedule and start over. I was advised he is now on the do not schedule list. I said so due to your error in sending the paperwork to the wrong email he was cancelled and blacklisted? The woman in the office informed me it wasn’t her error. I asked if they were on Google to review and she said very clearly no, they are not. I guess she lied to save the office from this honest review? If your child is in need I wouldn’t bother with an office that clearly doesn’t have their act together and do not care about the child at all. They only seem to care about not getting a bad review and making sure they shirk any responsibility in the error they made. Our phone visits made us feel like we had signed up for emotional abuse. He is condescending, rude, grits his teeth and corrects you like a child. Prescriptions were sent in wrong, and we were blamed. Even though we had called in to double check how to administer them. He had no record of having changed our children’s medications. Argued with us and then told us there’s no need to argue. If his aim was to make me feel Like he hates other humans, he totally succeeded. Please do not subject your children to this man’s wrath and distain.

Dr Fulsom has been treating my grandson for almost 3 years and we love him. He is kind and compassionate. When I made the first appointment it was 5 month away but after talking to our pediatrician he got us in a few days later! Thank you Dr. Fulsom!

Dr Fulsom not a very compassionate doctor.Lacks empathy and social skills.Discharged my child without consultation.The worst experience I've had with a care giver.

This is a pill mill plain and simple. He never interacts with our child just ok that didn’t work let’s try a different medication. This last medication made my daughter unrecognizable. He put her on Abilify/aripiprazole and it gave her such immense rage and anger and she hated everybody. And this is a 5 year old sweet little girl and he turned her into a monster. I am truly disappointed. At first he seemed like he cared and listened to our concerns not so much now. I was out of town so I didnt get the confirmation call and we had missed a few years ago. My son has multiple issues and becomes very aggressive at times they dismissed us from his practice with no way to get medicine til we see another Dr. I called to talk with him the front desk lady is rude and wouldnt even speak with him. Mrs. Baskerville is nice. I even offered to pay cash for apt we missed and was turned down I'm truly dissapointed that my son was done this way it is not safe for him to not have his medicines. Dr Fulsom has been good for my son who has multiple issues. He seems more aware what's going on with my son compared to many other psychiatrists. The medications are starting to work and I'm seeing changes that I haven't seen in a long time. If you have a problem with Dr Fulsom, it's probably because you didn't ask the right or enough questions or that you didn't give medications or give him a chance to fix things. He always went above & beyond when my sons prescription at one pharmacy got jacked up and he called me & sent it to another more knowledgeable pharmacy. It's a long drive for me but thankfully only once a month. They have been super awesome is payments as well. The front desk staff were very friendly as well. VERY INCOMPETENT Dr. Fulsom and his staff are far from the professional and expertise you would except from someone in such a field. When he saw my son he wanted to put him on meds right off, this is a 10 year old doing perfect in school and conduct by the way. When my son was put on it he threw up immediately. he fails to follow court papers such as custody and child health concerns. When called to cancel an appointment that was made without my approval the receptionist was rude, hanging up the phone. When we called Dr. Fulsom about the issue he did the same.. At first I thought Dr. Fulsom was great until he put my daughter on a anti psychotic medication that was giving her side effects and instead of taking her off of it when I told him he says it is "normal" to hear people talking to you that are not there and carry on a conversation with them. He did not listen to my concerns and instead sided with my ex husband keeping her on the medication at his request when the doctor recommended it possibly be stopped and even increasing it at a later date due to what my ex husband was saying. My daughter should have had her medication changed all together. She is no longer the same child after being put on this medication and I warn everyone to please look for another doctor and do not settle to take your child here. Dr. Fulsom is a great doctor. My son has been going to him for 6 years now and he loves Dr. Fulsom. Dr. Fulsom is caring and takes his time to listen to me with my concerns about my son. Trying to figure out medications, especially when it takes more than one, is trial by error. Sometimes the first one won't work but Dr. Fulsom works hard to find the right combination for my son.

I’ve been going to Dr. Fulsom for the past 5 or so years. He is an amazing doctor and is very interested is helping you and doing what is best for you. Totally recommend!!

I do not recommend Dr. Fulsom if you are looking for your child please go elsewhere. He did not listen to my concerns when I voiced them after my daughter had side effects from an anti-psychotic he put her on. He said it was normal for my daughter to hear voices that are not there and speak to them. He listened to my ex-husband and took his side and increased her medication and kept her on it instead of changing the medication completely. My daughter is not the same anymore.

What can I say that's positive? Nothing. This doctor is very, very cheap and makes you provide him with envelopes for refills. Him and and my 14yr old decided (without my input) that our visits were a waste of time and discharged us. Who does that? Then he used the envelopes I provided for refills to send my discharge papers. What a disgrace! I wouldn't even recommend this guy to treat my dog. What can I say that's positive? Nothing. We have been seeing Dr Fulsom for 5 years with regards to my childs behavioral and anxiety issues. He has always listened to our concerns both during visits and after hours. He is patient and has made a big difference in not only my kids quality of life, but ours as well. He explains every medical option, pros and cons. Spends time talking to both us the parents and my kid to see how everyone is doing and to adjust treatment as necessary.

I do not recommend this psychiatrist. They do not implement appt. reminders which does not help families dealing with multiple households and imperfect communication (no matter how well intended). He does not offer suggestions more than writing scripts. When families are struggling to survive, he is available to fuel the negativity rather than support. It costs nothing to implement a reminder system. I am truly disappointed. I was actually warned about his practice, but we were desperate.

Dr Fulsom is amazing. I've been going to him for a little over 13 years. After going to 5 other therapists I finally found someone who was interested accurately diagnosing and treating my condition. He has been the reason I have been able to stay pretty well balanced and understand my condition and warning signs when they appear. He listens to my concerns and offers insights that only a seasoned psychiatrist can. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I drive from Dallas to see him.

I have Asperger's, Tourette's Syndrome, ADD, Anxiety Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. He really liked to see if he could push my buttons. He would call me by the wrong name at every visit, talk down to me, changed my meds so many times that I could not even count, and would not listen to anything I said. I confronted him one evening during an apt, and tried to explain that I felt I was being mistreated. He promptly dismissed me as a patient.

Loved him and the way he was with my daughter until I misplaced a prescription and they tried charging me $5 for a piece of paper, plus the hour drive to pick up said piece of paper. I guess I will look for a different dr.

Called rx in on Thurs by Tues still wasn't here. I called the office several times and only got the machine. The second message I left saying I really needed to know if it had been mailed as my child was out of medicine & had to take benchmarks without. Fulsom calls me back says it was put in the mail Thurs & child is no longer his patient because I was rude to his staff. (I hadn't even spoken to his staff).A week later rx came along letter stating canceled services. So he lied about it too!
