This was a very professional staff, they were concerned about me and I well being, they were helpful and understanding. The PA was very professional, she ordered x-rays of my wrist, explained the x-rays to me, and gave me a shot in my wrist that didn’t hurt! I was very happy when I left today, excellent staff

Great experience! Stephanie at front desk was very kind to fill out all the paperwork because I fractured my right wrist. Dr. Fowler's assistant was very friendly and Dr. Fowler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with a great bedside manner.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Dr. Fowler repaired my fractured hip and I have no pain and full function. He was knowledgeable, professional and listened to and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic diagnosis or procedure.

Went for an appointment and was in so much pain with a pinched nerve. Got meds, x-rays PT and then an MRI as it was a bit better but not gone. For it to be better needed to try a epidural or surgery. Opted for the epidural. Dr Fowler said they will call me tomorrow and the scheduler would get it on the schedule after insurance approval. Girl at the counter said the same. I called 3 times and got 3 different answers. 1 day, 2 days and then was told 48 business hours as the scheduler was busy. 3 weeks later. No call still. They dropped the ball, after waiting 45 minutes to get into a room and then another 30 to see the Dr everytime was all a waste. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I was not impressed by his knowledge or standard of care, did not seem particularly caring or invested. I felt very uncomfortable as the doctor could not look me in the eyes when speaking, was dismissive and just had an overall strange, awkward demeanor I am wondering if he is bigoted they seem to have a lot of patients back to back. Perhaps he was just tired? I would advise going to Pinnacle instead. The office staff seemingly had an entire snarky conversation regarding medical records within earshot and were not very helpful with regards to claims. The manager Angela was very rude and sets the tone. Something seems off here. Very underwhelming experience. Expected better. Skilled, professional, carring. Like some other reviews, he wasn't the specialist I needed and referred me to two others, but that's the fault of OrthoAtlanta's location-dominant instead of specialist-dominant system of new patient appointments.

Dr Fowler is my ortho Dr. He is no nonsense. He involves the PT when he disscuss your treatment. He gave me options and allowed me to help decide my treatment. I always feel better physically and mentally when I leave. My 1 complaint is waiting time. My appt was at 11:15. I waited an hour and was the last person left in the waiting room at 12:15. This is such an awesome practice. The front staff is always kind and helpful. I have never had to wait long to be seen. Dr. Fowler and Nurse Sarah are always very knowledgeable and patient. They both take the time to explain what is going on. Kristen in X-rays is highly skilled at taking quality x-rays all while keeping patients safe from unnecessary exposure. Dr. Fowler was awesome. Loved his bedside manner. Great listener and provided very clear explanations and instructions. He referred me to another member of his office however if I ever need a sports related procedure he’s my guy.
