Dr. Donald Matthew Farrimond

Dr Farrimond is a wonderful doctor. He's very nice and polite. You never feel weird or embarrassed when talking to him. He always takes the time to explain everything to you. I would gladly refer him to any of my friends or family. As a matter of fact, a close friend goes to see him now. So does my wife.

We've missed Dr. Farrimond for the last year and are very happy to be returning to his care. We have a long relationship with him. He is a very caring and sincere doctor.

Dr. Farrimond is the most caring wonderful Dr. I have ever had. I have since moved from the area and I will never find a better physician than Dr. Farrimond.

Dr. Farrimond is completely focused on the patient during appointments. He looks you in the eye and listens to what you have to say. I feel like a partner in my health care. I wish that his office was a little more automated, but it's worth it to see him.

Dr. Farrimond is a caring and knowledgeable physician. I have been seeing him for about seven years and he knows a lot and refers when he doesn't. Very pleased with his services.

Dr. Farrimond has been my 85 yr. old Mother's primary care doctor for many years since she moved to Reno from San Jose -- she loves Dr. Farrimond and feels very comfortable w/ him and his health related decisions for her care and well being. We are ALL Dr. Farrimond fans, he is compassionate, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Farrimond for all your help over the years in helping us make health decisions for our Mom, we appreciate you very much!

Dr. D. Farrimond at Ralston Family is compassionate, kind, and very humble. I've never heard a doctor answer "I don't know" instead of pretending they know everything. I have some rare medical issues. Dr. Farrimond is very patient and open to ideas about how to sort them out. I feel better just knowing he's on my team!

Absolutely the best physician in my experience. Able and willing to handle dermatological issues and other procedures; excellent listener and communicator of diagnoses and suggested solutions. A minimalist in terms of drugs and invasive practices; respectful, caring and compassionate. In my opinion, a great asset to our medical community.

I saw Dr. Donald Farrimond when my doctor of > 20 years (Shannon Zamboni) was called away from the office, and boy am I glad I did! Donald was warm, kind and personable (like Shannon). He took the time to understand my medical history, listen to my concerns, answer my questions, give recommendations and boost my morale... as well as write my Rx refills, issue lab orders and suggest a natural supplement I hadn't considered. Dr. Farrimond is another excellent Ralston Family physician!

Dr. Farrimond is a breathe of fresh air. He treats you like a person and always validates your symptoms and decides what needs to happen next. So glad he’s my doctor! ??

The office isn't the best, but no one can replace Dr. Farrimond. He is by far the best doctor around. He is kind, caring and listens. You are never rushed to get out. I have been seeing him for about 10 years and I will never change! They just started a text and wait so you don't have to sit in the office but can run errands and go back. I HIGHLY suggest Dr. Farrimond - the best general doctor in the business!

Dr. Farrimond is a gem in a group of dirt. He deserves so much better than Ralston Family Physicians. He is caring and is an excellent doctor all around. Complete opposite from the others in that practice.

Dr. Farrimond is wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and I trust him. He is everything that I wanted in a primary care doctor.

I was new in town and got sick. I saw several providers in a 6 month period who couldn't figure out what my symptoms and fatigue meant and the implication was that perhaps it was in my head. Dr. Farrimond listened to me and found out what was wrong. Doing just fine now!

Dr. Farrimond does not seem familiar with Bell's palsy. Stated that I could have saved myself some time (waiting for hours to see him- really?) instead of my rushed visit to ER to rule out stroke! I'm glad it wasn't stroke, but his after care for this condition was non -existent. Having intense pain after the appt. He doesn't respond to repeated requests through pharmacy for some medication. I am left afraid of this condition and in pain. Would not extend my work release to deal with this.
