Doctor is always great, spending time with me and helping. Nurses lately have been not friendly and new. Previously the same nurse always helped me and was friendly. The last two visits have been different nurses.

Dr. Downs has always been friendly and professional. He always listens and never makes you feel rushed. I feel very comfortable at his office.

This appointment was needed for a very painfully inflamed tendon in the foot, and yet it took 6 weeks to see Dr. Downs, that's not acceptable. For a physical exam perhaps, but Facey needs to do better when a patient is in obvious pain when scheduling an appointment. Otherwise everything was great and Dr. Downs is always a great physician and very helpful.

During the past year or so, his staff members in the office have changed quite a bit. However, even with all the changes, Dr. Downs continues to be "the rock" that I lean on when needing medical care and / or advice. He is truly a gift to me and my family

Dr Downs will spend what ever time is necessary, and listens intently and gives excellent advise. The problem is me not taking or following his advisei will improve.

From front desk to seeing my health care provider I felt that I was under excellent care. My doctor answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Doctor Downs and his staff including Receptionist, back office and lab technician at the facey in Simi Valley facility are amazing and very professional. Doctor Downs and nurse are ALWAYS prompt to call me back when I leave a message with the receptionist. This means a lot to me. I know I will always will get a response the same day. Dr. Downs is obviously knowledgeable in his field! He Is very caring and understanding of my concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to be cared for by great caring individuals.

my husband and I both see Doctor Downs as our primary care doctor can we drive about 45 minutes to see him since we moved out of the area. that should tell you how much we trust him and value him. He is a dedicated physician, funny, but serious about his expertise. We trust him and are very happy with the level of care we receive through him on various issues.

Arrived for an appointment 15 min early. Had to clarify some information with our insurance provider. I told the receptionist (Margarita) that I was given an expected wait time of 22 minutes and asked her to proceed with the appointment and I would pay out of pocket if need be. She told me to just wait on hold with insurance until I got an answer. I eventually sorted everything out and had my paperwork faxed to the office. At that point I was told I had missed my appointment...
