Very well run, organized system. You go thru a few testing areas where different exams are performed. Your last stop is with an eye doctor who usually has a student with them. The doc does a series of tests while looking at the results of your previous tests. Then Dr D’Amico comes in and will take the time to go over your history, explaining your case to the student and to you. Then he looks at the tests you just had done and does a thorough eye exam. All the while he is being pleasant and interacting with you and the other docs/student. Every time I see him, he makes sure I know exactly what my diagnosis is. This is the worst experience I ever had . I’m a healthcare worker and I understand the time constraints. The staff are unfriendly and after a long wait the doctor finally showed up . Not even hello . He spoke with the technician who did the preliminary test. . Look at the computer then woke away. I was surprised and I feel disgusted. Never again. I travel far. For this appointment. Never again.This doctor appear to be not interested in patients interaction . Not even a minute. This is the worst experience I ever had . Dr. D'Amico is one of the most professional physicians I have encountered in any specialty area of medicine. His knowledge, diagnostic talents and surgical skills are extraordinary. His ability to communicate and empathize with patients is outstanding. Dr. D'Amico inspires confidence, provides his patients with a sense of well being, and achieves remarkable results. It's difficult to express my appreciation for the quality of care I have received.
