I had a telehealth appointment via the Teladoc app and it was a horrible experience. The problem was not with Teladoc, but with Dr. Donald Curran himself. He was rude, lacked empathy, and interrupted constantly. When I asked for more detail regarding topics he briefly mentioned, I was told I could just "google it." The session went so terribly that I ended up hanging up on him. I basically paid $229 to have someone tell me to "google" and to find an in-person provider. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
