Dr. Donald G Crescenzo

Absolutely terrible I had appointment on February 15 with Dr. Crescenzo and I was in his office for maybe five minutes. It’s all he was concerned about us about him getting paid in the hospital getting paid we made appointment for the following Wednesday at noon and he called me around 8 AM in the morning on Wednesday. And told me not to bother to come in he would call me. He never called me so I called him back around 130 and he returned my call around 230. And said he would call me back the next Wednesday and what she never did. So on Thursday I went to see a different doctor in which he knew Dr.Crescenzo so he called him to see what was going on. Dr Crescenzo finally called me back and referred me for Cleveland Clinic. He also sent a fax to my family doctor and said I denied any chest pains or shortness of breath which he never ask me about and that was the reason I was there.

Dr. Crescenzo explained test results very clearly so that I totally understood the reasons for his determination of the necessary next steps and desired goals. He was successful in creating an atmosphere of trust. Would highly recommend him.

Dr Crescenzo was very informative and professional he described everything to me about the procedure I will be having in February. He put my mind at ease.

Exceptional, compassionate care and skilled execution of quadruple bypass!!! Bedside manner is personable and assuring. Very knowledgeable and took time to make sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Never felt rushed when meeting with him. After initial consultation we definitely knew we made right decision to change surgeons from a different health system over to Dr. Creacenzo and his team. Would highly recommend him. If you have to trust your life with a cardio thoracic surgeon, Dr. Crescenzo is your guy! Kudos to his excellent team as well.

Having an aortic aneurysm repaired. I have been treated with great care and feel very comfortable with Dr. Crescenzo and his staff. I would definitely recommend them.

In 2010 I was told my mitral valve was not working. Dr. Crescenzo used a new technique that allowed him to replace the valve without opening my chest. My recovery was remarkable. He is a true professional and I trust him with my life.

I have been going to Dr. Crescenzo for the past 8 to 10 years. His organization has taken care of my needs very well. Every year I visit him for an annual checkup and the process driven by his staff is truly exceptional. His commitment to taking care of his patients puts him at the very top.

One of the most sincere Doctors I have ever met. Completed my open heart surgery on April 26, 2018. He talked to me prior to surgery and had a calming effect. Kept family updated throughout surgery.

I had a triple bypass surgery 22 days ago. I was impressed with the entire process. My recovery is going very well. For Dr Crescenzo and the cardiac department at Toledo Hospital its all routine, which is exactly what you want. I was very happy with everything.
