I had a stroke my neurologist10recommended I try THC. I called the office with a question about THC and hydrocodone Next thing I know he drops me as a patient. THC didn’t work so now I have nothing for pain. Try going from 200 10mg a month to none. Not very professional

Dr Enty and his PA, Steven, are the best in the DFW area. The office staff is top drawer! Very friendly and helpful. I have gone 6 years with severe knee pain. Dr Enty offered procedures that my orthopedic surgeon did not offer. After many years of failed procedures with him, he finally said you need a Pain Management Doctor. I chose Dr Enty and his PA Steven. They went to work on my knees and knew exactly what was needed. After procedures, my pain was not gone but manageable with medication. Before I was using crutches. Now the crutches are gone. I’m back to walking around like a normal person! One thing I’d like to note is I was prescribed Gabapentin and was told I could take it all at once at bedtime. WRONG! The PA, Steven, caught the error and had me space the medication throughout the day. The swelling in my legs are gone!!! I am amazed that taking medication incorrectly was the problem to stop the swelling. Steven was going over with me all my medication when this error was found. Steven is wonderful. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Enty’s for over a decade. He has helped me manage my chronic neck and lower back pain so I can live a normal life. He’s attentive and responsive to my issues. His PA Cathy is a beautiful ray of happiness!

If I could give this place no stars I would… Had an extremely bad experience with this place and will not be returning. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am waiting to speak to Heidi their office manager. They don’t follow through on anything they say they are gonna do and the staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and not helpful to the patients whatsoever. I would also recommend that you don’t deal with the front office person named DENISE. Called in to change my telemedicine appointment which she made and approved towards the end of June but I lost my insurance and had to reschedule it and was told I could have the telemedicine appointment on July 26 but it would be my last appointment as a courtesy because I didn’t get to go in June because I lost my insurance. So I called to reschedule it to a sooner date only to get a very rude and combative DENISE who decided not only to honor what she told me but proceeded to over talk me, berate me and be totally out of line once I rightfully expressed my opinion about how I was being handled. This is not the only incident that I have had with the office staff who oversteps their bounds and are quick to disrespect a patient when they feel like it. The doctors are nice but I will be going elsewhere and ending my business and contract with this facility. You get a new office staff maybe I’ll come back but we as the patients go through enough and are already sick and hurting and don’t deserve to be treated like trash by your staff because they are having a bad day. I am talking to my attorney to see what I can do in regards to this facility’s office staff, I tried to handle things the right way and go through the office manager but was told she was not available and on vacation and they didn’t know when she was coming back as they laughed and were quick to think it was so funny in how I was mistreated. I was even told I would get sent to Heidi’s voicemail but I was hung up on by another member of the staff. So I will be talking to my attorney, filing a complaint with the Better business bureau, filing a complaint with human health services, filing a complaint through the Americans with disabilities act and filing a complaint with the medical board. Because I am tired of these so called “office staffs” getting away with mistreating patients and being treated like I or my health does not matter. I am disabled and I can’t work and I’m dealing with all of it the best way I know how. When I go to any of my doctors I expect to be treated with respect, and made to feel like I matter. Now I have to go without my pain meds because of this whole mess that was not created by me and because I decided to stand up for myself. My disease will continue to go without treatment until this mess is handled and I’m able to go elsewhere. Been with him over 5 years on self pay which is really good and reasonable compared to other places. He works with you and listens to your concerns and needs.

Dr. Enty is the "creme de la creme", best of the best! His Patient 15 years. No other Doctor, IMO, like him, in any respect! If you go see him, talk with him, you will "get it".

Dr. Enty performed several procedures on my lower back with very good results and no more pain. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the Eclipse center. His office staff very professional and helpful.

I've been a patient for several years now and I can't recommend this practice enough. I started off seeing Dr. Enty and now I see his PA, Steven Souders. I have severe, debilitating endometriosis. I spent much of my teen and adult life going to the ER way too frequently during flare ups. I'm proud to say I can't remember my last ER visit, because Dr. Enty/Steven Souders help me truly manage my pain. His staff ALL his staff are so friendly, helpful and extremely through. I love everyone at Eclipse and I just got to see the new office and it’s amazing. I have been a patient of Dr. Enty for over 10 years. After flying military fighters in a high G force environment I sustained neck and facet damage. It became so severe that I had headaches that were similar to what people with migraines suffer with. After several rounds of injections and rhizotomies I am now headache free. Dr. Enty is an outstanding Doctor that listens to the patient and can actually help.

Great office visit! Stephen is an excellent provider, just waiting a bit long on meds but overall improved over last year, no doubt about it.

Dr. Enty has helped me so much. If it wasn’t for him I would still be waiting on a diagnoses and wouldn’t have had surgery in February. Thanks to him I have also recovered from my surgery much faster than other people in my situation.

The new PA Steven is first class professional from a spinal surgery background and brings so much more experience to the clinical setting, and very attentive to your pain. Steve does a procedure called "Trigger Point Injections" in 30 minutes or less it's like acupuncture centers only goes further by treating those points with lidocaine and "resetting" the muscle. Knotted and stiff muscle groups loosen and just sit better with other muscles. There are from 6-10 points in any one area. He tested my points and one of them I almost jumped out of the chair when he touched it. Well he did the series and today I'm reset and feels better it my muscles just feel relaxed and loose, not knotted up and tense, it works. The whole staff, Burnadette, Denise, Debbie and Dario are all first class medical professionals, this office operates at a high level and has the very latest technology, been to many and this is the best. UPDATE: The Bedford office has a new PA named Steven and he is really a relaxed and very competent professional in the area of pain management. Really excellent in clinic and I'm looking forward to having his substantial skills helping me with my pain. Great joice Dr. Enty! I have been dealing with chronic neck pain for over ten years, and have been treated by 4 other pain doctors. None of them even come close to Dr. Enty for patient attentiveness, clarity of communication, but most of all a genuine care for what the patient goes through and how and what he can do to help. I can't say enough, Dr. Enty really does care, and it shows in every way. Most of all he has genuinely provided me with substantial treatment and treatment options that are making a real difference, and that is the ultimate bottom line. I go to Dr Enty for CRPS. I tried everything for the pain, including physical therapy, arosti, nerve blocks, steroid shots, pain meds, and Intrathecal drug pumps. Lastly, we tried the Spinal Cord Stimulator and IT WORKS! Dr Enty did a great job and they were able to fit me in before the new year! I also want to brag about Debbie, the scheduler in Dr Enty's office. Debbie went above and beyond to find a way to get me in surgery at the last minute! I had my surgery on December 30th, so we had no time to waste. Thank you Dr Enty and Debbie for making me feel much better and allowing me to get back to work soon! My only complaint is that I was told that when they requested approval from my insurance company, that they requested it as a urgent matter. When I was talking to my insurance company to check on approval, I was told that it was not sent in as urgent. I'm glad i called or i probably wouldn't be approved until after the first of the year.

Was a patient for about 4 yrs and they were great and very helpful until recently when new NP started and now will probably loose alot of patients. I would reccomend finding a new doctor, this place will go down hill.

3 years ago, Dr. Enty stopped my back pain for 10 months, then 18 months. Since Dec 2017 I have had injections every month until September when I had a Rhizotomy(?). My main concern is the office staff. You see a PA, she tells you xyz. When you see Enty for a few seconds just before the procedure- he tells you ABC. Enty tells you that his scheduler will call you and nothing happens for weeks. See another PA and you start all over again. I called Nov 12 and was told to get an xray. Done- called Nov 16 and Nov 19 and 26. no one answers the fones- no one calls back. I have had NO response. It appears that I am no more than a revenue source- speaking of which- the office has the most convoluted billing system. My wife uses a different group (Enty will not treat family) and I get very few bills from them. With Enty- it is a steady stream of various bills from various offices. Lousy 'customer service'. We ARE customers. 11/28/18- Dr. Enty called me. Apparently it is all my fault. I didn't leave the messages for anyone specific (never have) the phone system had problems, and they are a VERY busy office. Dr Enty is easy on the eyes and easy to talk to, his staff are all great as well as the girls at the surgery center. His PA was very thorough in her detailed examination of what my options would be and recovery time. I would highly recommend this office and team to friends & or family.

The attention and professionalism I have received through the entire Southlake staff has been without a doubt, the best of any doctor's office. Dr. Enty is a physician that I would give my highest recommendation to, and I encourage anyone seeking treatment to contact their office.

I highly recommend Dr. Enty, who is professional and kind to work with. His hospital team are incredibly kind and supportive through procedures. His PA is just as professional and kind. Dr. Enty has been treating me for 2 years. I have CRPS from a break in my elbow and torn ligaments. Since 12/17 I have been diagnosed with a blood disorder that has affected my hip bone and problems with my knee. He has been a tremendous with helping to reduce my pain levels. All of the office staff are attentive and caring. I would recommend him to anyone. I am not a good patient to deal with either when I am hurting.

Dr. Entry was an answered prayer! After seeing another doc before him one time only who made me feel like there was nothing wrong with me, like I was just a medication seeker-Dr. Enty came right in the room, sat face to face with me, explained that he could see a few reasons as to why I was having so much pain, and was so compassionate! He really explained everything to me on a level i could understand. I have horrible headaches and neck pain, so far we have done a cervical ESI and are planning an occipital nerve block to see if that helps more. I have been to the Fort Worth office and the Bedford office, both had minimal wait times and excellent staff members. I have also seen his partner Dionna Dalzell who is also great! She is very on point- we chatted and it was like talking to a friend. She has also referred me to a neurologist in the mean time to pin point what these headaches are. I’m just happy that we’re on the way to figuring out what is causing all of this instead of feeling brushed off like the previous doc that I was referred to. My Primary referred me to Dr. Enty when I developed an excruciating facial nerve disorder and needed an immediate nerve block. Dr. Enty got me in immediately and performed the nerve block which completely stopped the pain. I have continued to see him these past 6 years for additional nerve blocks and medications. He is very caring, trustworthy, and wonderful to work with when you are dealing with chronic pain. My goal is to be as functional as I can be, and he helps me achieve that! They are good until you are off the pain meds. You are tossed out the door and left to you own devices.

My experience, from Doctor Enty, Cathy Clinard, and his nursing staff; including the office workers, has been amazing. They are truly caring and professional in all aspects of care.

I just had to put my opinion out there for everyone. Dr enty and Kathy have given me my ability to live my life. They are 100% professional and extremely nice and caring. I have been with them for at least 6 years. They are the best of doctors.

Your great experience with the south lake office starts with CC then Crystal then Kathy!! Dr Enty is awesome and his referrals to other doctors are awesome!! The staff becomes like family. You are more then just source of income to them!! They truly care and remember there patients I will continue to refer friends and family to Dr Entys if I think the dr and Kathy and the rest of the staff can help!!

I have used the Bedford office for a while and love everything about them! Dionna the NP is fast and efficient as well as very on top of her job! The office staff is incredibly nice and even the MA's are sweet! I would recommend ANYONE to use this clinic if an amazing pain management team is what you are searching for.

I have used Dr. Enty for 8 to 10 years for back and neck pain. He has always been able to help me with injections and recently a procedure on my back. I always have very good results with no pain. He is a wonderful doctor in my book. His girls at the surgery center are better than I have ever known.. They are so very kind and caring with all their patients. I would give them an A +. After I was anesthetized for agreed work @ L2-3 [1 nerve point on my lower back], He 'hit' 3 other spots further up - which caused much post-operation pain that I never had before & weren't where my pain was originating. He has always been professional but also verified kind. He is very good about explaining everything he is doing when I go in for pain shots. I would highly recommend him. His staff is awesome.

Dr. Enty and his team provide top notch care. The checking in process at the hospital was so easy and the environment was so nice I didn't feel like I was in a hospital.
