Dr. Domenic Anthony Dinello

This guy spoke two words to me the whole time! Which was opposite of his nice, informative, and overall pleasant assistant. Had me come in for a standard cleaning, basic x-ray, then came back for a full mouth x-ray. When he look at the full scan X-ray and my teeth he said which teeth had cavities and said he did know which would need a root canal. So I figured I’d get a referral for a dentist that specializes in root canal. NO!! NOTHING!! The front desk gave me my x-ray and that was it. Terrible. So he got two office visits, a cleaning, and two X-rays from my medicaid insurance and wouldn’t do a thing more. Not even a simple referral!! The guy will literally not talk to you!!! He is trash!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Don’t let him near your mouth!!!

My family and I have been going here for years and now my children are. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to.

Very professional and detailed, he takes the time to explain the treatment he’s recommending and what to expect throughout the process.

Dr......rude, assistant........ignorant and rude......front desk clerk, rude. Office is in a small shack. They may me making moonshine in the back, cause they sure don't know anything about dentistry.

I’ve been going for over a year now and have never had a problem. All of the workers are very nice and friendly. They always address any concerns I have and get me in when I need to. Also seem to be more informed than some other dentists I’ve been to and don’t do unnecessary testing. Would definitely recommend

He was very rude to my daughter in his office and i wasn’t the one who took her my husband was and i called to find out information about her appointment and he was very rude to me on the phone needless to say she won’t be going back there and i can see why people cancel on him he is a quack and should not be in practice

My family and I have been going to him for years. Always does a great job and everyone there is very nice!

I took my son here for the first time and everyone was very nice and made him feel very comfortable.

I have been a long time customer. Dr. Dinello and staff are always very professional, polite and courteous. Would recommend to everyone!!

Dr. DiNello is not only professional but more importantly he is very knowledgeable on all the latest procedures. I needed some complicated dental work done and he advised me of all the options. Very satisfied with his recommendations and especially the results.

I have been a client of his for over five years and his attitude gets worse with every visit. He is rude and puts little to no effort in making his clients feel good about their experience. Truly, I feel sorry for his staff because they are so nice and respectable. All of their efforts towards quality care and customer service become annulled because of him. I am seeking another dentist after how insulting he was my last visit.

I would not recommend Dr. Dinello to friends or family or anyone! He is rude and unfriendly. He barks orders and does not make you feel at ease or comfortable. He acts like he is superior and you are not worth his time. He made me feel nervous and stupid! He did not seem to care about my comfort during the procedure. Would never go back!!

Dude is the worst. said I had little cavity and drilled to the nerve on like 3 teeth. con-artist

I found him to be very rude, dismissive, uninformative and more worried about the insurance concerns than his pediatric patient! He was rude enough to escort me out the front door while I was still talking to him when I voiced my concerns ... over him not telling me what was going on with my granddaughter..I never knew what was happening with her care and when I asked him,,he acted, as though I should have been a mind reader and couldn't be bothered to explain to me what was needed...NOT AT ALL a good experience!
