Dr. Dom Terrone

I developed Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome and there were multiple warning signs. Dr. Terrone said it was something of interest and he wasn’t worried. He scheduled me to come back in a week. If we had waited a week our twins would have died. By the grace of God we had an echocardiogram scheduled a couple days after Dr. Terrone told us not to fret, and the doctor diagnosed one of the babies with serve heart failure caused by TTTS. We ended up in emergency surgery at CHOP in a frantic hope of giving our daughters a chance at life. Dr. Terrone negligence almost cost us the most precious gift, and on top of that he didn’t even have the courtesy to pick up the phone at any point during this nightmare and see how we were doing. Our other doctors did. I debated writing this review for a while as my intention is not to ruin a career but rather make sure a family doesn’t find themselves in the same situation as we did.
