I had surgery with Dr Payne in november 2012, the week of thanksgiving actually. i had several polyps in my lower colon as well as hemorrhoids both internal and external. my first visit with Dr Payne was actually in his personal office. we talked about my issues, what was going on and then he moved me to an exam room. he confirmed what was needed: surgery. after surgery i had the butthole of an 18 yr old. true story. he came highly recommended and i have passed that recommendation to others!
