Dr. Dmitri Sandler and his office staff deserves No stars, but this app won't let me not leave at least 1 star. Let me tell you about my experience today 4/1/2022. I left work earl today at 1:00pm to be exact. I am an educator who works with extraordinary students. I had to find someone to cover my duties. I arrive and was given a stack of papers to complete since it was my first office visit. Nevertheless, I completed my paperwork and sat their waiting. I overhead the assistant talking to someone about the internet. I asked her did they have WIFI, she said no it was down. I said I will step outside the door, just call me when the doctor is ready. I was outside for about 3 minutes walked back in and she reported that the doctor had an emergency so he could not see me. I drove from Hollywood, Florida to Oakland Park, Florida a 25 minute drive. I used my comp time of 4 hours. I am so upset. And no apology. Stay away. from a doctor who is so inconsiderate. DO THEY KNOW THE PRICE OF GAS. In December my dad had a terrible accident at work. A forklift ran over his right foot crushing 4 of his toes and a good portion of his foot. The prognosis was grim, with surgeons originally thinking that he had a high possibility of losing his toes. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Sandler and his team were with him every step of the way, keeping things honest and positive. After 3 long and time-consuming surgeries, my dad was able to leave with everything intact. He continued to care for my dad beyond the operating room, monitoring his foot, and providing therapy to help him heal better and regain motion in his toes and foot. After such a trying time, I'm so glad it was Dr. Sandler who ended up being the surgeon on call that help my dad. I highly, highly recommend him and his staff. Dr. Sandler literally saved my foot. I was in the hospital for over a week with a skin ulcer on my right foot as well as severe infection in that same area. The recommendation at the hospital was to amputate part of the foot. I was not comfortable rushing with the decision and decided to seek a second opinion. Found Dr. Sandler and due to his amazing work infection is gone, skin ulcer is healed and all that without amputation and without losing a part of my foot. Amazing Doctor! I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed. Dr. Sandler literally saved my foot. Excellent Doctor. I had severe infection in my foot and Doctor solved the problem with quick and accurate diagnosis and very effecient treatment plan.

Excellent Dr! I am one of those people who never leaves reviews, however I was so impressed on how well taken care of I was, that I had to leave my recommendation. Dr Sandler is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly (which not a lot of doctors are). I appreciated being able to schedule with ease and be seen on time!

What a great doctor! I’ve been struggling with my runner feet for so long and tried so many options but pain wouldn’t go away and I didn’t want to quit running neither. Dr.Sandler listened to me, did tests & X-ray and gave personalized methods to fit my active lifestyle and prevent toe&feet pain. Thank you very much! Dr. Dmitry Sandler is truly amazing ??I am forever grateful. I fractured both of my feet , I had a lot of pain , I couldn’t walk and he gave me the best care! ??I am good as new, walking and without pain . He is the best foot doctor ever!!!

I was experiencing significant pain in my ankle not due to any injury. He never introduced himself. After multiple X-rays and an MRI, there still was no clear cause, His only solution was to do surgery. ON WHAT??? (I ultimately resolved my own problem with orthoticly correct shoes-no such recommendation by him). Astronomical charges to my insurance company which neither his office or my insurance company can explain. Wait time is horrendous (at LEAST an hour). I DO NOT recommend!

I would Not recommend Dr. Sandler for Bunion Surgery because of the way he left my feet. I had surgery May 2017. There seen to be an obstacle (tendon) between/under my second toe (both feet) that was not removed or cut away. He x-rayed but said that he "didn't see anything there". This tendon/object still move around and sometimes cause annoying tension and pain. The only option is to perform Surgery Again. Because of this surgery I am more restricted to get involved in exercise activities.

When I met Dr. Sandler for the first time I liked him. His professionalism, character and everything about him was awesome. He did a great job explaining the procedure he was going to do and did it well... I would recommend him to everyone!!!!!

He is the best podiatrist I know. He's caring and courteous , And very thorough in his work. He does not have 1 million residents coming in to see you. He does it all himself with a great staff behind him. I would highly recommend Dr. Sandler to anyone.
