I am very pleased with my experiences here. Front office staff are professional. The hygienists are friendly and do a thorough cleaning. Dr. O is an excellent dentist. He fixed my son's caps which were fitted wrong by the previous dentist. I recommended him to my sister who was having issue with a filling for 2 years with no relief from her previous dentist despite repeated corrections, and Dr. O fixed her problem. He does not make small talk, but tells it straight and I trust him.
Receptioniss are nice but need to loosen up a little and not be so up tight. As for hygenist she was nice and introduced herself and gave me a very good cleaning. The dentist shook my hand when meeting & introduced himself as well and explained things to me but just very straight forward, not very personable likely I'm used to but he seems to get the job done and that is fine to, however it's nice to feel relaxed with your doctor and not feel like you're at a military base. Lighten up.
