Office receptionist rude! Do you think everyone walks around with money in there pocket for a upfront payment, why wasn't this info told beforehand and not the day of my appointment! I found a new specialist whose office receptionist was more empathic and willing to bill insurances correctly and not have a fortune up front!! Thanks for wasting my time missed off of work and making me lose out on my paycheck all for nothing!!!!

I recently came in for a root canal procedure. I can honestly say I’d rather get a root canal over a teeth cleaning. Entire process was smooth and easy. Everyone was kind and professional. Very welcoming and loving staff!

Great service. Came in for re-treatment of root canal that was done by another Doctor years ago and they did a great fixing the issue. I have horrible anxiety and they made the entire experience very comforting.

I had a root canal done today and the doctor & assistant were great! It was painless and fast, they talked me through everything! The front desk was also super nice! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

Fantastic experience today with Dr. DeKock. She did a retreat on an old root canal that a different Dr had did, years ago. Assistant was great and so were the front desk ladies. Highly recommend this Dental office.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful treatment that I have received from everyone at your office. From the initial phone call to the checkout process I had a great experience. I have "white coat syndrome" but everyone there made me feel very comfortable. What a well-run practice! I was referred here by my dentist, Dr. Brezden. Dr. Kinra and his assistant were A+++++++. My procedure was smooth - actually perfect. Every step was explained and it was quick and problem-free. Thank you everyone: the office staff included!????????????????

Dr kinra is a very nice Dr. He is soft spoken and takes care of you before, while and after the work is done. Very professional and quick at his craft. Also there is lovely Art on the walls. Great Doctor all around.

Absolutely ridiculous, I went there for a root canal, they said my insurance would pay for most of it. So I only had to pay around 530$, I get a bill later in the mail for another 300$ and when I called to ask why I was being billed for more money, they told me that what I go was an estimate and that my insurance didn’t cover as much as they thought it would. Okay? And how is that my issue? You gave me a price to pay and I paid it and now you want more money from me that I don’t have? That is ridiculous and that is not my issue, you should have called my insurance and made sure exactly how much it would have cost. The lady wanted to tell me it takes them 12 weeks to call them and get an actual price, no it should not take that long, that is an absolute lie and I don’t feel like I should have to pay that because you guys can’t make a call out to my insurance and get an actual amount. You told me an amount when I was there and I paid it, it shouldn’t have been done and taken care of already. I was pretty nervous about getting a root canal, but literally every person I came into contact with was absolutely amazing. All of the employees were professional, patient, understanding and kind and I would highly recommend

This was my first root canal and I’m 50yo! She was so comforting and put me at ease quickly. The entire process took less than an hour. Through title all I felt no pain or even discomfort. Thank you for such great treatment

I needed 2 root canals. The front office lady was nice and convinced me to come in for the 2nd procedure when I tried to cancel. Lol. They were professional and my pain was minimal after each procedure. They were caring and apologetic during any pain. I wish the doctor would have talked to me during the procedure versus having casual conversation with the assistant, talking me through what she was doing. That would have put me at ease during all the drilling, weird smells, and discomfort of holding my mouth open for so long. Overall pleased with my experience. I needed 2 root canals. Dr Kinra was awesome! He had to redo a root canal done by another doctor and go deeper. I was so nervous! Starting with his nurse, she talked so compassionately to make me comfortable, explaining everything. Then doctor did everything so professionally and quickly, I was so happy that it was over and didn’t hurt…Great Job!

My first root canal and it was a great experience. I’ve had a lot of other dental work but the pain I was experiencing was miserable. They got me scheduled right away. The staff was all so kind and the Dr was amazing! He was quick and informative. Not one bad thing I can say!!

Amazing experience. This was the first time I had ever been there, but from the minute I walked in the friendly staff made me feel like I had been a client for years. It was so nice. A wonderful office. Front desk to doctor. Wonderful atmosphere. They were caring and professional. My biggest take away was that the people who worked there loved their job.

Phenomenal experience! Staff super friendly and exceptional care from Dr. Kinra. I have had several root canals in my lifetime and Dr. Kinra is by far the best! Dr. DeKock provided excellent customer care and repaired my tooth quickly and painlessly! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and within 30 minutes I was fixed! Their team has a super personable staff…I definitely recommend to anyone with dental needs!

I have had multiple bad experiences with dentists in the past that have made any future appointments very anxiety inducing. Luckily, the staff at this office as well as Dr. Kinra himself have done their absolute best to relive any stress and pain I might have felt. I have had 2 painless root canal procdures with Dr Dekock.. She has been very caring and kind and explained everything to me as my procedures were being done. I was very pleased with my visits here and would highly reccomend this Dr and office to anyone needing their services.
