DR Pham is unprofessional and unskilled. He misdiagnosed a family member who had very swollen legs. He prescribed only diuretics; a competent medical professional knows a common treatment for swelling is ice, yet this was never suggested nor ordered. The patient’s condition worsened over a period of 4 months. DR Pham never changed the treatment plan, and the patient’s legs ultimately failed. One would think a different approach to treat the patient would be incorporated if no improvement was seen. DR Pham has a poor bedside manner which needs significant improvement, especially when he is challenged.
