Incredible office staff. Dr. Torres is a very good, attentive doctor. High recommended to anyone looking for a good doctor!

I called to make an appointment with the doctor since my family highly recommended him. My primary provider moved a couple years ago and I haven't gone for a primary annual visit since. When I was scheduling my initial appointment I was asked if on any medications. I told them I occasionally get anxiety. I say them because I had to talk to more than one person. I have a medication to I take if needed, which I only have taken a couple times in the last few years. I didn't even get the chance, nor should I have had to explain to anyone other than a doctor, that I prefer to take a holistic approach to dealing with anxiety. I don't prefer taking prescriptions to deal with the anxiety when it comes about. I try to work it out through exercise. The person stated I may get mad three months down the road for not being prescribed anything for anxiety and for that reason they would not give me an appointment. I was fine with no prescriptions. I feel I was put in the category of a drug addict

Torres is a great doctor but staff is horrible. He cannot run his office correctly. As long as you don’t have a problem it’s all good but urgent phone calls are not returned by staff and doctor not kept informed. Staff makes physician look bad.

I have been going to Dr. Torres since he started his own practice years ago. He is truly wonderful & caring. He listens and tries to educate me on the topic at concern. I personally love his staff, but I have heard complaints about the staff from others that also go to this office. I think you just have to get to know them before their personalities warm up to you. I also believe they are just following the strict rules put in place from the office mgr/wife. Those rules seem to be set in stone.

Trying to find a good doctor is hard Dr Torres is one of the best I love his staff

I've been a patient of Dr.Torres for going on 10 years. I am a 72 year old senior-and at this age have had a lota experience with medical care and physicians. He is attentive-he LISTENS and takes TIME to explain things that are on your mind-health wise.. You feel like your concerns are important and he isn't rushing to explain things and get you on your way to the next patient ! The office staff is great-friendly and helpful and courteous. I recommend this physician HIGHLY for your health care.

I was not pleased with the level of care received by this office. I needed to see the doctor for an urgent (not emergency) situation, and they told me I had to wait 2 weeks. The front desk receptionist, Joyce, is harsh and abrasive and his nurse, with tattoos, was equally so.

He listens which is hard to find in a doctor these days.
