VERY Professional Office and Staff! Especially responsive when there is an urgent need! No pain, beautiful setting. I go out of my network to have the BEST service! Great parking, exceptional attention to COVID prevention, and cleaning. I felt SAFE.

My appointment went well as always. I felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Huang has gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of his patients and employees. There is an air filtration system. Employees have full face shields, a mask and gloves. I drive 60 miles round trip every 6 months to make my appointments because of the friendly and professional atmosphere. I have been going to Dr. Huang's office for 25 years. He always has the best equipment, friendliest staff, and best dental experiences I have ever had. I never dread going to the dentist ever since I found him. 5 star rating across the board!

The receptionist is very rude! We missed our appointment today and I already knew that I would have to pay 50 bucks . When I called back to try to reschedule, she told me No that they can’t see us today which I wasn’t even ask for, I was just asking for later appointment, she said they are scheduled all the way through Sep. I was going to tell her that’s fine . But she wouldn’t give me a chance to speak , instead she interrupted me and ask for 50 dollars payment for missing our appt. she wouldn’t book another one until I pay . Unfortunately I was driving and couldn’t get my card and give her the card number . The dentist is very friendly and professional. However whenever you have to dealt with her , she is very rude and cold . It’s ALL about business. So I decided to switch to a different dentist soley is because the receptionist ( Christina ) . My experience at Dr. Huang was very pleasant. I wasn't expecting to get my tooth extraction on the day of my appt, however, the Dr. and the staff were just so pleasant and they made me feel comfortable. During the procedure, this is the first time I have experienced a Dr. really concerned about my pain level. I appreciate Dr. Huang and his staff for making this a pleasant experience. Sac for 5 years now and just now, literally a week ago, finally broke down and decided to see Dr. Huang. I love him and his staff. They are all very aware of my hyper-skittishness. Believe me, I probably bored him with all of my nightmare experiences with past dental visits. Dr. Huang is amazingly patient, thoughtful, and careful. Treads lightly so to speak. Friendly staff and great service every time I've been in. Great neighborhood dentist with quality professional care. Don't feel like just another number. Friendly family atmosphere. Great dentist, hygienist, and office staff. Dr. Huang has great bedside manner and really cares for his patients. He has been our family dentist for over 15 years and I have never had an unpleasant experience. From scheduling to providing service it is always top notch treatment there. I highly recommend. I've been going to Dr Huang's for over 20 years I think. I got started when I was under my parent's insurance, and I continued going when I got my own. Very friendly staff, and everyone knows what they're doing. When you first walk in, there's a nice waiting area, and you'll meet Kristeen, who is the primary office staff and takes care of appointments and scheduling. When a slot opens up for you to go back, sometimes even before it's your appointment time, you'll be led back by Kristeen or one of the dental hygenists (I hope I got the title right). The hygenists are really excellent, and if you have a special procedure for the day, drilling, cavity fill, etc, Dr Huang will perform it. Dr Huang will also perform a final exam every appt or almost every appt as a final sort of "signing off". Everyone is very friendly, has no problems explaining what they're doing or what their normal process is, and will engage you throughout the whole process in a professional and welcoming way. He's ruined my teeth and never referred me to a gum specialist intead he made lots of money off my teeth going bad because of my gum disease. He never took the time to explain anything unless I asked about. I could go on and on. Dr Huang noticed it right away and sent me to a Periodontist.. The two doctors take good care of me and I will and still am forever grateful! His office has the latest technology unlike the archaic Dr. True's office. Great staff from the receptionist to Dr Huang. Everyone is courteous and always have a smile on their face. My teeth feel as clean as can be when I leave there. Everything from a routine cleaning to having a cavity filled has been a great experience. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Huang gave me back my smile !! At 73 with all my original teeth, my 2 front ones looked terrible from wear and tear. I was so stunned by the resurfacing of my teeth. They look like they did when I was young. Amazing !!! I have been to this office for teeth cleaning-fillings and was Really Happy with the skill of all who work there.
