I tried calling Dr. Wong to convey my experience directly but she no longer works where this phone number lists. While she was pleasant I had expressed dry eye problems during my regular check up and she dismissed me with a simple "use eye drops" and no information as to the roots of dry eye disease, the possible causes of inflamation, eye washing, heated masks or eye sprays that can help or kill bacteria, dietary changes or anything else. I asked and got no information. 2 years later things progressed horribly and I finally discovered a dry eye podcast that told me of all these things and more. I was finally able to improve my eyes but with no help at all from Dr. Wong. I wish she would have cared more, listened more and been more responsible in informing me of resources or things I could do to help myself. I am not using Prescription drops and doing all the other things recommended.
