Dr. Zanger saw me regarding a cardio clearance for surgery. She was very patient and explained to me that there was an abnormality with my EKG. She subsequently ordered nuclear stress test, echocardiogram and ultimately a ct of the coronary artery. The ct scan identified that I had a significant blockage. Due to Dr. Zanger’s persistence, the issue was found. She is very detailed, communicative and explains what the condition is, as well as what are the next steps. I very much appreciate Dr. Zanger

Dr Zanger is very compassionate. She took time to explain my condition and review treatment options.
Dr. Zanger is a very good physician, and her assistant, Tracey, is nice . BUT I am not happy with the office manager. She was condescending about a prescription error made by their office. and poor followup to correct the error. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the woman who handles the prescriptions and she verified that the WRONG prescription dosage was called into my pharmacy. She didn't return the pharmacy's call with the correct dosage. I had to call several times.

Recently, I became a new patient of Dr Zanger. I have seen her 3 times in the last month. I find her to extremely professional and knowledgeable. Today she treated me in Englewood Hospital doing a cardiac test. I was very impressed with her and the hospital. I highly recommend this doctor.
Awful bedside manner! NOT compassionate at all! Rude! Doesn't listen when you speak with her. Went to her once and immediately told office staff to NEVER book me with her again. Never ever recommending her!
