I’ve been going to this place for years. I missed 1 appointment within 2 years and the staff refused to waive a $40 fee and also would not allow me to speak with the doctor. I called the same week to see if I could reschedule my appointment and the staff threatened to discharge me as a patient. My insurance company has paid them so much money and this is how I am treated even though I’ve been going there for 8+ years. I’m pregnant and they had no remorse and I think it’s ridiculous

I saw Stacie Weir, WMNP. I went in for a problem. My insurance doesn't cover well visits, that's why I haven't been in for years. But now I had an issue that needed to be looked at, so I told them what my problem is, explained my insurance, and made an appointment. Because we've had issues with coding before and I was hoping to get it right the first time, I explained about the insurance numerous times: when I made the appointment, when I arrived for the appointment, when I was in with the NP, and later when I was there to have a further procedure done. When I went in for the procedure weeks later, she told me that the insurance hadn't paid and that we hadn't "fooled them". I didn't understand what she meant at that time, but when I got home and looked into it, she had billed the visit as a well visit but then also added some other code as well that was diagnostic for some portion of the "well visit". It was not a well visit. I'm not trying to "fool" anyone, just get this billed correctly. My insurance says to just ask the doctor to bill it as the diagnostic event it was. I call the doctor's office billing, explain to them. They get back to me and tell me that Stacie "stands by her code". I try calling the office and the person there tells me the same thing. So now they want their money, even though they totally ignored everything I said and refuse to bill it correctly, because apparently Stacie knows better than I the reason why I went in to see her.

I would highly recommend Doctor Sutter to anyone! She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about women's health. I would give her 20 stars if I could. I am a Registered Nurse who has worked with many Doctors over multiple decades and finding a Doctor with Knowledge, Compassion, Experience and Empathy alllll in one is a rare commodity... Dr. Sutter reigns supreme over any other gyno I have ever seen. She is always informative on ways to take care of my health. She has made me feel at ease every visit, and while very professional, she also feels like a friend. I love her.

Very rude and unacomodating

She listened and tried different approaches until she solved my health emergency. I had seen a different gynecologist who had no idea how to help. She’s caring and gives you all the time that you need.

I agree with some of the comments, about the receptionist being cold & rude. Also, I wish they’d call to remind people of their up coming appointments.

They let me go as a patient knowing I have chronic vitamin deficiency, during COVID-19 because they kept trying to schedule PAPs during my menses and then I called saying I had a sore throat and asked if I should come in, they said no and that they'd call the next week to reschedule. Rude receptionist as the comments prior state as well. Also, though I showed up on time for my appointment, they would not see me because I was not 20 minutes early. She claimed paperwork was sent to me, which I never received, and that a voicemail was left, which I also never received.

Please read! If you need anything other than an annual exam, go someplace else. I saw Dr. Sutter's nurse practitioner Staice. I was referred to them 2 years ago by my primary doctor due to heavy menstrual bleeding, a thick lining, a large fibroid, and anemia. Her initial recommendation was to take Lupron to shrink the fibroid and put me into a temporary menopause. Due to an issue with insurance I was unable to get the Lupron, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I found out later from another doctor that while Lupron is a good short term solution; after it wears off the fibroids can grow back even bigger and faster causing more problems. I ended up at the time taking birth control to help with my periods. Fast forward 2 years, and due to my own stubborness and emotional issues, I did not make an annual checkup in that time period. The day before Thanksgiving 2020 I went to the emergency room for anemia related symptoms, because their office refused to write me a script for anything because I hadn't been seen. The emergency room discharged me to home with Dr. Sutter's instructions of taking Ibuprofen and Iron supplements until my appointment the following Monday. (I had already been doing those things). At that appointment it was recommended that I meet with a surgeon to discuss a partial hysterectomy. Stacie gave me another script for birth control and Lysteda. I shared with her my concerns over the way the birth control made me feel and how often I had my period on it the last time. She ignored my concern and said this was my only option. I experienced my period every 10 days while on it, and I was told this was due to my fibroids. I also found out that the particular birth control I was on had a dairy by product in it. I am sensitive to dairy products, but because I'm not allergic they refused to change prescriptions. When I met with the surgeon in January 2021, I was informed that there was another procedure I could have in place of a hysterectomy, called a uterine fibroid embolization. Every time I called the office to discuss this procedure or the results of my MRI, I was told don't bother making an appointment they won't talk about it. They also refused to fill out FMLA paperwork for my husband to accompany me to these appointments and/or stay home to care for my 4 children. After a long discussion with the surgeon and Windsong radiology, I did end up having a partial hysterectomy in April 2021. During this time the only phone call I received from them was to let me know that there would be no more prescriptions written unless I scheduled a pap smear. When I informed them of my date of surgery, it didn't matter to them. I have not to date received any post op phone calls checking in. Please read! Dr Sutter is truly a ????*????*20*????*???? Her Knowledge, her Compassion and her Genuineness is .. Over the Top , I haven't seen this kind of care in years... I traveled better than 60 miles to her office today and yes I wait an hour to see her, however once she was with me, I KNEW that I was her ONLY focus !! Dr. Sutter is interested in your overall health, not just gynecologist issues. She has been able to treat several of my conditions that my primary and other specialists couldn’t properly diagnose and treat, including exhaustion, thyroid, nausea, and migraines, in addition to my gynecology issues. She reads up on current medicine in other areas beyond her specialty, which allows her to treat the patient as a whole. And she spends time reviewing records and listening. I don’t find the waits long, but even if I did, I would wait because I know the quality of the care. Love, love, love her. Not available for new appointment!! Staff is not helpful!!

It's not a bad place to go, but their policies are odd. Even though I signed my husband onto the HIPA privacy sheet, they still didn't allow him in with me, which I have bad anxiety to begin with. I brought this up to the doctor, and she insisted that it's due to the HIPA privacy he can't come in (even though I signed his name onto it.....), so screw my mental health I guess. I've discussed this issue with other doctor's and other places, and was told that my doctor shouldn't have kept him away, especially if I signed him in on my HIPA privacy sheet. He's been in the same room with me everywhere else. Absolutely love Dr. Sutter, she really goes above and beyond with her patients.

I don't often give 5 stars to a doctor but Dr. Sutter earned it in just 1 visit. Yes, she was late for my appointment but it was apparent why: she takes her time and doesn't rush her patients. She was WELL worth the wait!! She was thorough and answered all questions, she wrote everything down and sent me home with everything I needed to feel confident we were starting down the right path. I'm a researcher and she pointed me to websites and books so my education didn't end when I walked out the door. It is obvious, between Dr. Sutter and her office staff, that they truly care about their patients and their health. In response to another review, because I was nervous about it, my mom went back with me, no questions asked. Dr. Sutter answered not only my questions but those of my mother. Twice now I’ve gone to see the dr and have waited either in the waiting room or in the room for at least 40 minutes! She came in, didn’t introduce herself, inserted speculum without warning, and was all around unwarm and rude. Receptionists are cold, rude and are also the nursing staff. As a new patient, my first visit was wonderful. I didn't know what to expect; I found this practice on Google and decided to try it. Everyone was very welcoming! I was called into the back promptly at my appointment time. Stacey the NP was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

My first appointment with Dr Sutter, when I walked in I knew NOTHING, about my own health, when I left I felt educated and empowered. She is truly passionate about her practice and stays informed. No human science is perfect, but because she practices with genuine concern for her patients I am confident that she is giving me the most sound medical advice possible. Regarding staff the are very professional, trained and therefore a good compliment to Dr Sutter

Dr. Diane Sutter is amazing. She is patient, empathetic, and truly listens. She is generous with information and clearly passionate about woman's health and changes within the field. The front desk staff is another story and has been a source of frustration due to errors and unprofessionalism. However I'll deal, and hope for some turnover.

Dr Sutter is friendly and knowledgeable. She has great bedside manner. I cannot say the same for her office staff. If you need anything more than an appointment, forget about it. I have been waiting 4 days for a simple birth control prescription refill. My pharmacy has called 3 times. I have called twice. The staff is rude, unhelpful and put out by your phone call. This isn't my first staff issue, just the last. Next week I have an appointment at a new gynecologist.

She is exceptional. What you would want and expect in a doctor. She is relaxed and doesn't make you feel foolish. I have referred many people to her including my 4 daughters. If your looking for an exceptional doctor, go no further. You found it in her.

All I can say is WOW! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a doctor's office. She didn't just care about my women's parts but as me as an entire person and all of my health. She covered issues that my primary care basically shrugged off. I would 100% without hesitation recommend her to anyone. She spent a good 30 minutes or more with me and I was only in for a yearly and pap smear! So lucky to have stumbled into her on Google. All I can say is WOW! I only saw Dr. Sutter once thus far, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. She gave me so much useful information (more than any other of my numerous doctors ever have in the years I have been seeing them). She really understands your specific problems and doesn't just shrug them off like they are nothing. She offers any advice and information that would be beneficial for your circumstance. You can tell she is genuine, truly cares about her patients, and just wants to do anything she can to help improve your health. She is actually a GOOD doctor, one that I am so grateful I went to by chance, and I never intend on going elsewhere. Dr. Sutter takes the time to listen and gives helpful feedback.. She gives you lengthy appointments and is comprehensive.

At first when I started there she was great ,now for 2017 I had my annual appointment which I scheduled then to be called and said that the doctor cancel they needed me to reschedule which I did then I got closer to that appointment I got another call telling me that the doctor cancelled so I rescheduled a third time I got a call the day before that telling me that the doctor needs to cancel again I was upset hurt . This was the worst patient experience care I ever had

I was very pleased with everything about my first visit. Dr. Sutter is extremely knowledgeable and explained so much to me. However, after a follow up appointment 3 months later, I'm left with a sour taste for her staff. I'm still waiting for a return call on test results they were supposed to get (going on 6 months). When I called, the girl I spoke to suggested I call for them because she was busy and wouldn't be able to get to it right away. She also wouldn't put me through to the Doctor.

Dr. Sutter really cares about her patients. She takes time listening and guiding with her expert knowledge. She was able to " cure" my menstrual migraines with proper treatment and several years later to assist me through endomitriosis diagnosis, refer for robotic scar tissue removal and hysterectomy, as well as supportive care through menopause. This dr is knowledgable, listens and I trust her - highly recommend her! I have never waited long nor have I ever had a problem with office staff.

Dr. Sutter is absolutely what other doctors should be in patient care. She takes her time and shows true caring. She is reassuring and patient. She is knowledgeable and is current with the latest research. I have never had a better doctor. I wish she could be my primary physician.

Had apt Nov17th @1100am waited 1 hour never was seen . decided to leave office. my time is important also no one from office never contacted me over why I left , very unprofessional , Really did not want to start over with new Doctor but at this point I will have to find new Doctor not real happy about this , I really liked Dr. Sutter . All it needed to be done was for someone to come to the room and say to me why I was left in room , and no one did Kathy

Amazing Doctor- she is genuinely compassionate, empathetic and caring. Instead of most physician these days who just push people in and out, only caring about the numbers and the coding of diagnosis, Dr Sutter actually takes the time to talk with you and educate you on your conditions. I cannot even tell you how much I was suffering from premenopausal and after snapping at my mother who I never would even think of speaking ill towards I was informed by my sister it was time to see some one who specialize in Menopause in women of my young age of 43. DR Sutter nailed it and she is still working with me today to completely get rid of my hot flashes. I absolutely love DR Sutter. I highly recommend.
