Dr Rowell never responds to my mother's prescription provider. I've made several calls to the office for expired meds and they won't respond to my calls either. I recently asked for my mother's records and they said they'd be closing at 1PM. I told the person that I'd be there in 30 minutes. I got there at 12:15 to drop off the release records form; only to find the door locked and their staff person tearing out of the parking lot.

Dr Rowell has been my MD for many years. She is very personable and also cares about her patients. She does outstanding service and is a very sweet lady. I trust Dr Rowell with all my medical needs.

Not once has she sent me to get xrays or mri. Keeps prescribing opioids. Very argumentative

Have been going to Dr Rowell now for 2 years. I haven't had any problems with the staff. I find them very friendly and professional. I enjoy the personal attention i receive there and that i can either walk in or make an appointment. Dr Rowell takes very good care of me and she really does care for her patients.

Dr. Rowell is a very kind and considerate lady. I recommend her to everyone. The office staff helped me out when I had questions.

Dr. Rowel is an amazing person and only wants the best for her patients.

I will never go back! The office staff is very unprofessional! Dr. Rowell is a good Dr. She just needs to get rid of all of her staff!

I was a patient for 15 years. Dr. Rowell was good until her daughter started running the show. I went tote office to talk my doctor. Not the office manager. I'm in the middle of being treated for RMSF. LEAH called the police and dismissed me from the practice. Dr. Rowell allowed this happen. They have me no instruction whatsoever. Just kicked me out. Not very professional all!
