My name is Nezabravka Kristov and my son, Mena Kristov has been going to Dr. Nielsen for 21 years. Dr. Nielsen is my son's pediatrician since he was born and still his doctor even he is 22 years old since she can be his doctor until he is 24. As a former nurse from Bulgaria, I want to say that Dr. Nielsen and Dr. Rady are really good doctors. Dr. Nielsen always tries to take care for your kid needs and try to find what is the problem. She works with the parents as well ,communicating with other specialists if It's necessary and mostly she is open to work and communicating with doctors from overseas. She is really open minded. New Beginning Pediatrics in Geneva its a great group of doctors and nurses. The only problem is that unfortunately we can't call directly in the office and the phone calls go to Northwestern call center, which unfortunately delays the messages to be delivered to the doctor. That is for all the doctors in Northwestern medicine. Thanks on my chart at least that we can communicate with Dr. Nielsen. Excellent job Dr. Nielsen, Thank you ???? My kids have gone to her since they were born and she has always been very knowledgeable and thorough. So thankful to have her as my kids’ doctor!

As a parent of a special needs child, Dr Nielsen is a gift from God. Through the years I have recommended her to several parents of children with Down Syndrome, and she always accepted them as new patients. She is a thinker when dealing with severe medical situations, and honest on every level. I would drive any distance to keep her as my daughters pediatrician. She has been great in helping by collaborating with our families primary care physician, in order to provide best care practices.

Dr. Neilson is the kindest, most empathetic and compassionate person I have ever met. I saw her from the time I was three until I went to college. She is one of the best doctors around and it shows by her office having a wait list for new patients. As someone with anxiety, she always put me at ease as well as giving informed and accurate diagnosis and advice. She is one of the best!
