Diane promised a copy of our son's evaluation report would be provided to us at our appointment. Though she had the report in her hand, she refused to make a copy for us and stated we needed to come back again to get a copy, even though I made 3 requests for a copy. On that same date, she texted us to see if we could come 45 minutes early, which we did. When we arrived, she still had another client ahead of us and we had to wait. She did not apologize for the inconvenience.

She was HORRIBLE spend whole sessions talking about her dog showing me videos. Told me once "no offense but you're really messed up" Overall a bad therapist and ruined therapy for me.
