Superior in explaining behaviors of narcissistic and addicted people. Very successful with EMDR to process trauma/ PTSD.
It was a recommendation from another therapist that led me to her office requesting an appointment. I was desperate. My anxiety towards work made me cry and unable to sleep before my shifts. I had decades of difficulty completing degrees due to recurring depressive episodes. I didn't know how to make friends. Initially, I had no belief in the validity of her treatments. It felt silly repeating psycho mumbo jumbo during sessions. I thought myself an imposter as I was instructed to hold conversations with my younger selves and convey their responses to her. However, she was to be the last therapist before giving up hope I could ever be better, so I complied. I believe it took three to four months to realize I was improving. Currently, two years have elapsed since becoming a client. It is the best therapy I have had, the furthest progress I have made, and the most I have ever understood of myself. I am forever grateful to her.
