Dr. Diane M Aslanis

Dr. Aslanis is very attentive to my pain and let's me explain not only where I hurt but how I hurt. IE-on a scale of 1-10, numbing, stabbing etc. I feel heard when I talk with her about my daily routine and how I manage my 'bad' days and how please I am that they are fewer and fewer since I have been seeing her. She is encouraging, realistic and doesn't criticize. Not only does my body feel better thanks to her skills but my mental health has improved with her validation and encouragement! She is a blessing to the Farmville area!

I would not recommend this place...I did all the paperwork online, paid a deposit in advance. Did everything asked of me. She was very vocal about getting paid and I handed her my insurance card and was told it was the wrong card. Later to find out that it was the right card. She was rude, aggressive about her advice, and seemed extremely irratied that I wasn't moving fast enough. My advice to her when you work in the healthcare field you are dealing with sick people that sometimes need you to be patient and understanding. This was all over an insurance card. As a doctor you should LOOK and act more professional and also cut your AC up it was extremely hot in there. My last comment would be fix your attitude. I have now heard that I'm not the only one she has treated this way.

I went to my second appointment to her with my husband, and as soon as we walked into the office she scolded me for "not canceling my appointment and being a no show" she told me the bill would be almost 300 dollars. First off, I showed her the text messages which confirmed that I rescheduled my appointment. Secondly, the doctor forgot I had insurance. Moving forward in the appointment, she had went back on everything she had instructed me to do for my health through emails that we sent back and forth. She spoke to both my husband and I condescendingly stating that I did not do what she told me to do. I left the office with a feeling of frustration and disappointment that all the hard work I was doing for my health was not enough. Lastly, every time I called in to reschedule my appointment, since I live very far away from her and travel for my husband's career, she interrogated me and then finally wrote down my explanation. I am writing this review in hopes that Dr. Aslanis will work on her customer service skills and be more honest to her patients when it comes to the cost of their treatment. I saw her exactly once when I was pregnant with my daughter. Once was enough because I found her to be extremely rude, unprofessional & to have the worst bedside manner ever! Definitely a wise decision on her deciding not to deliver anymore babies!

She was recommended by a friend. After seeing her, she has been caring, shows concern, and is a great asset to my medical needs.

1st time it was very relaxing and I was looking for explanation of lab results. It seems the previous doctors that I have visited didn't take the time with me and Dr. Aslanis is very patient and professional.

I have been coming for chronic back and joint pain. I have been coming for several years. Dr. A's manipulations give me a great deal of relief for the pain and her recommendations of supplements, exercises and holistic treatments have greatly improved my overall well-being.

Back pain is my primary reason for visiting Dr. Aslanis. She is always very informative and goes out of her way to give additional information for my specific situation.

I came to get my life back. Chronic fatigue, fibro, too many medicines, just overwhelming. After three visits, less meds, more energy, sleeping through the night. Much less pain. Feeling like a human again.

Dr. Aslanis works with my fibro on a regular basis. She does MO and dry needeling. It isn't the same pain everytime or the same places. She takes great care in listening to me while describing the pain & asks many questions along the way. She is gentle in her process of care. I can stand up right again and have a full stride!

My experience was wonderful and I am so happy that I found a doctor like her.

She saw me on zero notice when I was in town visiting and in pain. A combination of therapies made a huge difference in a very short time. I wish I could see this genius again, but I live 500 miles away! Thank you, Dr. Aslanis!

OBGYN checkups are uncomfortable as is, especially when you are all out there but Dr. Aslanis did an amazing job at making me calm and know this is normal. She also listened to me and was very understanding of my situation. 11/10 rating!!
