Doctor walked in and the first thing she said was "I don't know why you are here, I can't help you." Very negative during the appointment and made my daughter feel terrible. If she only treats Crohn's disease then we should have been told that before our appointment. We have never had a doctor treat us the way Dr Volpert did. We have since started with another pediatric GI doctor and things are going much better. Highly recommend Dr Wong!
Horrible bedside manner. Advised my breastfed baby be taken off of breastmilk to be given formula with no evidence at all for something that isn’t even in her scope of practice. Said that my baby “looks terrible” referring to her skin (she has eczema) and that’s when I had to vocalize how unprofessional and offensive she was being. Would not recommend to anyone; ever. This doctor needs better social and interpersonal skills for sure and is a quack for sure. Wish I could give her no stars.
Dr. Volpert is AMAZING!! My daughter just started seeing Dr. Volpert approximately a month ago and she sure made a first initial impression on us. She took her time during the visit, asked many questions and took lots of notes to further understand the problem. During an early Saturday morning call to her answering service regarding a serious concern, Dr. Volpert immediately got on the phone herself. She also follows up and will call you on any lab or X-ray results. Truly cares for her patience.
dr volpert was not very helpful and couldn't address the issue my son was having and in return I was billed $400 for the visit. Save your time and money
Very hard to talk to. Horrible beside manner and her staff is even worse...currently looking for another dr. not happy.
