Excellent care with MD and staff

After 2 prior bad experiences with primary care doctors and staff, I found Dr. Roque and have been her patient for 10 years, . She and her staff feel like family. Whenever she is unsure of what is going on with me, she is quick to send me to a specialist and her staff always gets my referrals where they need to be when I need them. I have had several serious issues,including breast cancer and radiation and in every case, they were supportive, caring, efficient and professional.

I strongly recommend DR Roque. She has a very good bedside manner and excellent skills. She is very patient, compassionate and understanding. She likes to listen and will not make you feel rush. Yes, you will have to wait sometimes, but the time that she spend with her patients is what make her a unique Physician.

Horrible experience, staff is nasty. Dr has no knowledge at all when the in for fever had a negative urine and and said she had no clue what was wrong with me. Sent me home with antibiotics for UTI although my urine was negative. She said LUNGS SOUND CLEAR. ended up admitted with pneumonia that night !! Also in order to get an appointment you need to leave a voice msg or text and they will return your call when they can horri b let experience will never go back or recommend this place

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She does not educate herself about your case even when you are her patient for about two years. She does not know what she has prescribed for you before and she is not sure what kind of medication is better for you. The average wait time is more than two hours. To get a referral for a specialist after she fails in treating my case it Took them more than a week to send it to the specialist. No refills.

Horrible customer service. More interested in her cash patients (for weight management) then the once with insurance. Average wait for her up to two and three hours
