Dr. Ponsky performed my rhinoplasty about five months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had wanted a rhinoplasty for over 20 years, and when I met Dr. Ponsky and saw her work I felt completely at ease to have her perform this surgery. I have also been going to Dr. Ponsky for fillers for over a year and I’m always pleased with the outcome. Dr. Ponsky and her staff are kind and beyond patient. They have always taken their time to answer my questions, sometimes multiple times. I cannot recommend Dr. Ponsky and her staff enough!

I had the most wonderful experience at Ponsky Facial Plastics! The staff, Allie, Jaime, Olivia, & Michael, are professional, friendly & extremely helpful. Dr.Ponsky is AMAZING! She listened to my concerns & asked questions to determine a treatment plan. Dr.Ponsky repaired my deviated septum & performed a rhinoplasty to remove a hump. I now breathe better & the hump is gone! My nose functions CORRECTLY & looks FANTASTIC! Dr.Ponsky also performed blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids, adjusting a “wonky” eyelid(from a previous surgery) & lifting the other. I LOVE the results! In addition, Dr.Ponsky performed a forehead lift to soften the look of my deeper creases, release the “11” lines between my brows & lift my brows. I look AWAKE & REFRESHED! Dr.Ponsky is am extremely gifted surgeon. I am so grateful for her talent and compassion that not only improved my appearance, but my self-esteem. Dr. Ponsky is a PHENOMENAL surgeon! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Diana Ponsky.

I had the most amazing experience at this office! I was very nervous to get injectables done for the first time but the entire staff made me feel at ease. There was barely any wait time and I felt like everyone was taking their time to understand what I wanted out of the appointment. Dr. Ponsky took her time to discuss my cosmetic goals with me and I was able to get my injection the same day! Could not say enough good things about this office!

My experience with Dr. Diana Ponsky was truly first-class. Considering this was my first cosmetic surgery, finding a qualified facial plastic surgeon with whom I was comfortable was crucial. After extensive rhinoplasty research, I found Dr. Ponsky- who is double-board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. I undoubtedly would recommend Dr. Ponsky to those patients who have realistic goals and are in search of a talented plastic surgeon with whom they can trust. Dr. Ponsky is not only a brilliant surgeon but she is also a leader in her field. It’s incredibly difficult to put into words how a physical change in your appearance can erase years of insecurity. My confidence is reaching new heights day by day and I will forever be grateful.

Got a rhinoplasty a few years ago and it came out looking worse than my original nose (which is nearly impossible, it was horrific). I look at my nose everyday and regret my decision because it it literally heinous. Heinous is the word that I would genuinely use to describe my nose. I feel like I have a camel sitting in the middle of my face. I refuse to smile in photos because of how bad it looks. The side profile from the right and left are extremely different. When looking at my nose straight on it is also not symmetrical at all. Would recommend if you want to be the next participant on the Botched tv show

Dr. Ponsky and her staff are the best. I was referred to her last year when I had a nodule in my cheek (too much filler). She had to remove it surgically and did an amazing job. Since then, I have gone back to Dr. P for micro needling, lip filler, Botox, etc. She is an artist!!!

BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS ABOUT THIS PRIVATE PRACTICE . Rude staff combined with one HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. This practice is a complete opposite of what a patient looks for. This is the first time I have witnessed this kind of haughty attitude. When I first went for consultation for a surgery In March 2020, they have provided me a quote on paper and asked me to schedule the procedure when I am ready for my surgery in either June or July. So in June 2020, I thought of scheduling my surgery and called them to get dates for July 2020, they told me that “OUR PRACTICE IS NOT A RIGHT FIT FOR YOU AND WE DONT WANT TO SCHEDULE SURGERY FOR YOU”. I don’t understand how can they waste other people’s time by assuring patients during consultation that they have the necessary expertise and degrees to address their procedure and tell them just before the surgery that they are not a right fit for a patient.

Today marks six days from my nasal septoplasty with rhinoplasty procedure to correct my deviated septum, bridge reduction and nose straightening. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks to Dr Ponsky's explicit instructions including proper diet, rest, sleep position, etc. I had minimal bruising and swelling. I can now breathe freely and feel great about my new look, all in less than a week from my procedure! Thanks Dr Ponsky, and Shelly for such a great experience! Highly recommended

Dr. Ponksy and her staff (especially Shelly) are incredible. There are no other words I could use to describe them. My experience was wonderful and I would recommend Dr. Ponksy to anyone.

Dr. Ponsky is very compassionate, precise& artistic in her facial treatments. She always reviews all procedures& gives you time to ask her any questions. I would highly recommend her.

Very in depth discussion about any concerns I had. Talks about what steps are needed to be taken and very professional. Had surgery with her and I'm not sure how but I had no pain during recovery from a septoplasty/rhinoplasty. Not sure how that's possible, but she's just that good. Results have been incredible. Breathing and recovery is a breath of fresh air - pun intended.

Dr Ponsky is a consummate professional. She is extremely sharp and confident while modest and approachable. I would recommend her a rhinoplasy operation.
