After going to 2 other dermatologists in the area, a friend recommended Dr. Nguyen. She is absolutely amazing and I would refer any of my friends or family to her. I really like Dr . Nguyen, Diane . I’ve been going there for last 2 years . She is very professional and kind . Only problem is that sometimes they have long waiting time but I like dr Nguyen so don’t want to go somewhere else .

I've had great experiences with Dr. Nguyen. She had called me several times even after hours to see howe treatment was progressing. She explained everything to me when something out possible conditions and medications for me to research on my own. So far the best dermatologist I've dealt with.

Worst dermatologist I've ever heard of or been to. Doesn't care or remember her patients and has never given me the right prescriptions.

Even after the culture results came back, She seems confused and start guessing with her prognosis. If you guess, at least have the patient try some sort of innocuous treatments. She is rude and incompetent. She saw my daughter only for 10 minutes and her diagnostic was just an assumption. She didn’t ask anything and when my wife tried to explain everything regarding to the illness she didn’t hear her. Waste time and money.

I chose to go to her based upon these lovely reviews. As for me, she had terrible bedside manner and seemed to be in a hurry to get me out. That’s very upsetting considering these dermatologist appointments are not the cheapest. Considering that I have eczema and have gone to dermatologists before, I am ruling this dermatologist location out overall. Thanks for being so rude. After going to her for over Two years I realized she never listened too or heard my concerns. Just visited a new Dermatologist today. He had to do Two biopsies on skin growths I pointed out to her in December 2017. Plus, re freeze a grow that she did not properly address on my last Annual Check up. Very pleasant experience. Dr. Diana is the best. She is caring, knowledgeable, and generous. Great office.

My insurance company would not cover it and doctor Nguyen called me and said come in she would take care of it I'm from Nevada and she showed me love not knowing nothing about me she gave me samples for my 2nd degree burns and told me what to do I highly recommend her she's a great caring, loving doctor and office staff was very polite and she knows what she is doing. Waited nearly an hour for a procedure appointment with Dr. Nguyen. After 45 minutes I asked the front desk how much longer the wait would be and that I had to get back to work. Their uncaring response was "as soon as a room is available". I waited another 5 minutes and left. After that, I never heard a word from them. I have been to numerous dermatologists in my life due to my fair skin and issues I have had. I have never met anyone as thourough, professional, and polite, as Dr Diana Nguyen. She is the most outstanding Dr. of Dermatology i have ever met.

Doctor was super nice and took her time with us, but the waiting room smells like piss. Definitely go, but bring a bag to breath into. If it wasn't for the smell, I would give this place 5 stars.

She is great, I saw her for some time and she really cleared me up. Ufortunately I moved so had to change derms but I definitely recommend her. Her goal was always to find a more permanent solution to oral medication so I could have more natural clear days.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Nguyen as my dermatologist. She couldn't be more professional and her staff is absolutely terrific. Dr. Nguyen actually listens, explains and best of all she does not rush her patients! They will see more of my friends and family when the time comes because of this.

She is really knowledgeable. She doesn’t like to give pills because she really cares about your liver. She knows how to treat acnes!!! Also not too expensive for poeple without insurance. Our family have been patients of Dr Nguyen for over 15 years. Her interest in her patients, time spent with them and professionalism is superior to any doctor I have ever known. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen today and she was great! She listened to my concerns, checked for other problem spots, and was friendly and helpful. When she gave me a prescription, she explained it carefully and wrote out the instructions clearly and also prescribed affordable versions of the medicine that I needed. She also gave me good instructions on preventative measures to take so I don't have to continue to use the medication. Super helpful and I'm so excited to have found her!

Dr. Nguyen is awesome! She spends time explaining issues and how to properly use medications. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Nguyen has an excellent bedside manner and was very helpful in explaining to me and my wife what skin conditions we had and the type of treatment that should be taken into consideration. The entire office staff were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone who is curious about spots, rough patches, or discoloration of their skin to come to this facility for a check up and answer to why your body is showing these conditions. The sooner, the better! Don't put it off too long because it is your future life you are gambling with. I waited until I retired and fortunately only needed a precancerous lesion froze off. Had I continued to wait to see a doctor, my condition may have resulted in a treatment that would have been more aggressive and life threatening! I went to Dr. Nguyen after a year with another dermatologist and my condition still present. I was pleased that Dr. Nguyen actually spent twenty plus minutes with me, talking to me and explaining to me, opposed to the five minute in and out with my previous dermatologist which left me scratching my head. Dr. Nguyen had a different diagnosis, I am confident with her diagnosis and am following her instructions.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dermatologist for about 6 years. She has proven to be SUPER competent, Caring, compassion and most importantly resolved different issues with Basal Cell and Squamous cell Carcinoma that was removed and never returned! Her advice has also changed the way my whole family deals with being outdoors in the Sun. Sunblock, hats and common sense replaced Sunbathing. tanning salons and sunburn. I Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and her practice!
